Previously, she was the associate general counsel at Rider University, where she advised on a broad range of issues to support academic and administrative objectives. She also served as chief legal officer at a national public safety consulting firm that helped higher education institutions solve public safety challenges. Additionally, she was a litigator at a large Philadelphia law firm, handling employment litigation, internal investigations, and corporate governance matters. She also worked as a federal judicial law clerk. Amy received her J.D. from New York Law School.

Brian Taylor

Brian Taylor is a member of the Investigations Unit. Charlene Moore Hayes

Charlene Moore Hayes is a University investigator who also owns a private Human Capital Consulting practice, serving primarily nonprofit organizations. Previously, Charlene worked for 14 years with The Johns Hopkins University as its vice president for human resources. During the last two years of her service at Johns Hopkins, Charlene served the university as senior executive for human capital strategy, advising the president on overall human capital strategy, executive recruitment and compensation, and managing executive-level human resource issues. Before Johns Hopkins, Charlene served for nearly 20 years as the chief human resources officer at North Carolina State and Purdue universities. She graduated from Cornell University and The George Washington University Law School.

Katie Callow-Wright is the executive vice president of Princeton University. Prior to her appointment in July 2023, Callow-Wright served as the University of Chicago's executive vice president from 2020 to 2023 after two decades of service there in other senior administrative roles including assistant vice president for campus life, assistant dean of the college, and chief of staff in the Office of the President. Her experience in higher education also includes previous appointments in student life at Baldwin Wallace College and Colorado College. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from DePauw University and a master's degree in education from Bowling Green State University.

Kevin Radtke

Kevin Radtke, administrative coordinator for the Office of the Executive Vice President, supports the deputy for safety and administration and chief of staff, the directors for administrative planning, the director of the Investigations Unit, and serves as a backup to the executive assistant and office manager. He facilitates many of the OEVP's initiatives and is a key player in the University's enterprise risk management process and in the production of Academic and Administrative Managers Group meetings. Kevin joined the OEVP in 2017 after a 10-year appointment at Westminster Choir College of Rider University, where he was the coordinator for the conducting, organ, and sacred music department and for the Royal School of Church Music in America. He holds master's and bachelor's degrees in voice performance and maintains a modest career as a classical musician, having sung regularly with the professional Kinnara Ensemble and at churches and synagogues throughout New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. He is particularly passionate about 19th-century French and Italian opera.

As the deputy for safety and administration and chief of staff in the Office of the Executive Vice President, Laura Strickler engages in a broad range of strategic and tactical activities that assist the executive vice president in her duties as the chief operating officer of the University. She has provided leadership in areas ranging from critical infrastructure to fire response risk mitigation to enterprise risk management, and has stewarded several enterprise-level initiatives to refine administrative processes and advance University priorities. In addition to leading the administrative planning team, Laura works closely with the heads of Environmental Health and Safety and the Department of Public Safety to advance health, safety, security and emergency preparedness priorities. Laura has worked in a number of departments at the University for more than 20 years, including serving as the inaugural associate director for administration at Princeton's Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment, where she led the center's first strategic planning process with its faculty executive committee. She has also held positions in the Office of Human Resources and the Office of Information Technology. Laura received a master's degree in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in English and art history from William Smith College. In addition to her work at the University, she serves as vice chair of the Princeton Federal Credit Union's board of directors.

Maria Papadakis

Maria Papadakis is the executive vice president's executive assistant and office manager and is responsible for proactively and independently managing the office's daily operations. She assists the EVP and other senior staff members by managing special and ongoing projects. She has worked in colleges and universities for most of her career. Before this role, she was an academic manager at Princeton's Program in Gender and Sexuality Studies, where she was responsible for staff supervision, financial administration, and meeting all academic deadlines. Maria received her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and Master of Arts (M.A.) degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her doctoral dissertation was on the experiences of first-generation students at one Ivy League campus. She has often presented on this and related topics.

Marie Antonetti is the assistant director for administrative planning in the Office of the Executive Vice President. She serves as a project manager and analyst for working groups and project teams across EVP areas. Before joining the administrative planning team, Marie served as executive assistant to EVP Treby Williams and project manager within the Office of the Executive Vice President. Prior to her work in the OEVP, Marie worked as the top aide to the vice president for facilities and to the dean of the School of Architecture at Princeton University. Marie earned a bachelor's degree in arts administration and management from the University of Tampa and a master's degree in contemporary art from Sotheby's Institute of Art. She spent her early career working in the post-war and contemporary art departments at Sotheby's and Christie's auction houses in New York. She serves as president of the Women of Princeton Employee Resource Group and is dedicated to diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives for campus staff.

Naomi Linder-Perlman

Naomi Linder-Perlman is a lead investigator with the Investigations Unit. Naomi joined Princeton in 2019 as a University investigator, investigating alleged violations of University policy by students, faculty, and staff. With nearly three decades of legal experience in the areas of health care, education, and disability law, Naomi has held positions as a litigator in private practice, and worked for non-profits including hospitals and disability support agencies. In addition, Naomi has served as a mediator in small claims court and has extensive experience in qualitative risk analysis. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
