Since 2011 Amadou Diallo is Chief Executive Officer of DHL Freight, one of the leading providers of road freight services in Europe and beyond. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Africa and South Asia Pacific DHL Global Forwarding and prior to this Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Post DHL Logistics Divisions and Managing Director for the integration of Exel and DHL. Mr. Diallo has more than 25 years of experience in the tourism, banking, express and logistics industries. He was born in Senegal and is fluent in several languages including English, German, French, Fulani, Wolof and Spanish. Mr. Diallo is Chairman of the supervisory board of Amref Health Africa in Germany, member of the board of ARC Insurance and member of the Universal Business School of Mumbai.

Arindam Bhattacharya

Arindam Bhattacharya is a member of the Global Advantage, Industrial Goods, Operations, and Public Sector practices at Boston Consulting Group. He is also a BCG Henderson Institute Alumni Fellow. Previously, Arindam led BCG in India, was a member of the global leadership team of BCG's Industrial Goods practice and led the Industrial Goods practice in India. He was also the co- leader of BCG's Global Advantage Initiative and a co-founder and Director of the BCG Henderson Institute. Arindam has worked extensively as a consultant and as a researcher. He focuses on portfolio and growth strategy, and the competitiveness of industrial companies. He has worked with India's central and state governments on a variety of topics covering both policy development (supporting a planning commission on development of a five-year plan for Indian industry) and transformation of large public systems to drive outcome (transformation of state school systems in Haryana and Rajasthan). Arindam was a member of Confederation of Indian Industry's (CII) National Council for many years. He is member of International Advisory Council of Oxford India Center for Sustainable Development, Oxford University; a member of the International Advisory Board at the School of Public Policy, University of California San Diego; and a member of the advisory board and several expert committees set up by the government of India. Dan LeClair - CEO

Dan LeClair was named CEO of the Global Business School Network (GBSN) in February of 2019. Prior to GBSN, Dan was an Executive Vice President at AACSB International, an association and accrediting organization that serves some 1,600 business schools in more than 100 countries. His experience at AACSB includes two and half years as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, seven years as Chief Operating Officer, and five years as Chief Knowledge Officer. A founding member of the Responsible Research in Business and Management (RRBM) initiative, Dan currently participates on its working board. He also serves in an advisory capacity to several organizations and startups in business and higher education. Before AACSB, Dan was a tenured associate professor and associate dean at The University of Tampa. Dan played a lead role in creating a think-tank joint venture between the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and AACSB and has been recognized for pioneering efforts in the formation of the UN's Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), where he served on the Steering Committee for many years. Dan has also participated in industry-level task forces for a wide range of organizations, including the Chartered Association of Business Schools, Graduate Management Admission Council, Executive MBA Council, and Aspen Institute's Business and Society Program. Widely recognized as a thought leader in management education, Dan is the author of over 80 research reports, articles, and blogs, and has delivered more than 170 presentations in 30 countries. As a lead spokesperson for reform and innovation in management education, Dan has been frequently cited in a wide range of US and international newspapers, magazines, and professional publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, New York Times, China Daily, Forbes, Fast Company, and The Economist. Dr. Dominique V. Turpin

Dr. Dominique V. Turpin is the European President and Professor of Marketing at CEIBS. He joined CEIBS in September 2022. Prof. Turpin is a marketing expert and Japan specialist. He was IMD's Dentsu Chaired Professor of Marketing and the Dean of External Relations until 2022 and served as IMD President, Dean and Nestlé Professor from 2010 to 2016. Before joining IMD in 1986, he spent several years in Tokyo as a representative of a French firm in Japan. He earned a doctorate in economics from Sophia University in Tokyo, after receiving a master's degree in marketing from French business school ESSCA. For his outstanding accomplishments in executive education, Prof. Turpin was awarded life-long membership of the International Academy of Management. Prof. Turpin is a board member of EFMD. He is also on the International Advisory Board of prestigious institutions such as the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), Waseda Business School (Japan) and others. He has been a member of CEIBS Academic Council since the very beginning. Prof. Turpin has extensive teaching, consulting, and research experience in the fields of marketing and international strategy in Europe, Latin America, and Asia, particularly in the areas of brand management, customer orientation, and communications strategy. He remains active in the writing of case studies, and is working on two books-one with Goutam Challagalla on digital transformation in marketing, and another containing the many quotations from business leaders that he has gathered over his long career. Prof. Turpin taught on IMD's flagship Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP) program and was previously Director of the school's MBA program and its Program for Executive Development Diploma (PED). He has also directed customized programs for companies such as KAO, Mondelez, Groupe SEB, Panasonic and Japan Tobacco International, and he has worked as a consultant and management educator with a large number of international companies including Coca Cola, CPW, Danone, DSM, Jardine Matheson, Nestlé, Novo Nordisk, Philips and Uponor. Prof. Turpin is the author of more than 100 books, articles and case studies. He has had articles published in the Financial Times, European Business Forum, and MIT Sloan Management Review, and has been a regular contributor to the Nihon Sangyo Shimbun, one of the leading business dailies in Japan. He is an editorial advisor for the Singapore Management Review. Prof. Turpin's case studies have won several awards. His cases on Toyota and Kineer were recognized in the 2022 John Molson MBA International Case Writing Competition awards, and his case Sam100: Will construction robotics disrupt the US bricklaying industry? won an EFMD Case Writing Competition Award in 2020. He was also included on The Case Centre's list of the top 40 best-selling case authors both in 2015/16 and 2018/19. Prof. Turpin is Chairman of DAA Capital Partners, a Geneva-based private equity firm investing in impactful trends, and serves on the boards of several listed and unlisted companies and educational institutions.

Emma Martens

Emma joined GBSN as an events and communications intern in 2019 while studying at The George Washington University. In 2020, Emma stepped in to the role of Network Coordinator, working closely with GBSN member institutions and partners across globe to design and support programs and activities that engage the membership base and the broader network. Before coming to GBSN, Emma worked on the Special Events team at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts where she worked on a wide variety of events including the Annual KC Gala and the Washington National Opera Gala. In her hometown of Holland, Michigan Emma worked with the non-profit Lakeshore Advantage providing resources to encourage economic development in the region and helping to kick off their $2 million Capital Campaign. While studying at The George Washington University in Washington D.C., she served with many non-profit organizations through George Washington's Honey W. Nashman Center for Civic Engagement and Public Service including Reading Partners, We Are Family, and Charlie's Place. In 2019 & 2020, Emma was awarded the Gold Presidential Service award for completing over 240 hours in the academic year. Emma graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelors in Human Services and Social Justice in 2020.

Grace Chew

She is based in Washington DC and works globally. Grace consults to senior management on external succession planning, talent strategy and change management across global industrial, technology, healthcare and government sectors, specializing in C-level roles that shape the future of mobility, software and new energy. She is a non-linear thinker who brings Next Practices that can shape her clients' future. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was a management consultant where she advised businesses and governments on their global and regional growth strategy. Guy Pfeffermann

In 2003 Guy Pfeffermann founded the Global Business School Network on the principle that skilled management is critical to successful international development. After 40 years as an economist at the World Bank, including 15 years as Chief Economist of the International Finance Corporation, he saw too often how lack of management talent was impeding economic and social development in communities throughout the developing world. GBSN pairs a robust network of experts with efficient administration to build institutional capacity, foster collaboration and disseminate knowledge, all aimed at promoting management education that delivers international best practice with local relevance. He retired from GBSN in 2017. In 2018 he founded Management Sciences for Wildlife Conservancies. Born in Montauban, France, Mr. Pfeffermann received his Licence en Droit et Sciences Economiques in Paris in 1962 and was awarded first prize, Concours General, a French national inter-university essay competition. He was a Besse scholar at St. Antony's College, Oxford from 1962-65 and received a B.Litt. (Oxon.) in 1967 for his thesis: "Industrial Labour in Senegal," which was also published as a book. From 2000-2003 he was an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies. From 2003-2007, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the GlobalGiving Foundation. He published "Paths out of Poverty - The Role of Private Enterprise in Developing Countries (IFC, 2000). Other publications include "Technology, Education and the Developing World" in nBizEd, a publication of the AACSB (July/August 2013) and "Cutting a Path to Prosperity - How Education Pioneers are Building Better Business Schools for the Developing World… and Why" (with co-authors, 2013).

As senior vice president and chief knowledge officer at AACSB, Juliane led the organization's research team and agenda in support of thought leadership, advocacy, and global development objectives. She also facilitated innovation-focused workshops for thought leaders and led the association's data benchmarking services and industry magazine. Juliane serves in advisory roles for other mission-driven organizations, including Responsible Research in Business and Management (RRBM). A graduate of the University of Florida Warrington College of Business, Juliane lives with her husband and three children in Tampa, Florida.

Julianna aims to continue gaining experience in the non-profit world as she begins her career. An avid lover of travel and culture, Julianna has traveled to 27 countries. Leila Triki

Leila is Dean of the Mediterranean School of Business (MSB) - Tunisia, a leading Business School in the MEA region where she is responsible for establishing medium to long term goals, strategic planning, and academic management for a double accredited fast-growing business school (EFMD Bachelor and AMBA accredited). Leila has over 15 years of experience in higher education administration, including academic leadership, strategic development and planning, program design and implementation. Analytical thinker with strong international network Leila is passionate about achieving social and economic development through education. Before joining MSB, Leila was a sponsored researcher at the London School of Economics and Political Science where she taught economics and widened her research expertise. Prior to that appointment, she worked as a Consultant for the World Bank Group, Washington D.C. within the Financial Sector Group. Meriem Zairi

Meriem leads the SEAF Innovation Funds Initiative in the Maghreb Region, investing in innovative startups and tech-enabled SMEs based in the Maghreb region. Prior to joining SEAF in 2017, Meriem spent more than 15 years in private equity in Europe and Africa. From 2002 through 2009, Meriem acted as investment director at Montagu Private Equity, formerly HSPC Private Equity, in the pan-European MBO Investment Fund that had more than 4bn in AUM. This provided Meriem with extensive deal and structuring experience in various sectors across Europe, from media and food to health, distribution and the automotive industry. Beginning in 2010, Meriem served as Investment Director for an African Infrastructure Fund in Casablanca where she successfully raised and closed a pan-African Infrastructure Fund. While there, she also closed the fund's first deal in Kenya. Following her experience in private equity, Meriem became an entrepreneur and cofounded two companies in Morocco active in the agribusiness sector. During her entrepreneurial journey, Meriem felt the hardship of local entrepreneur and became deeply involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem to bring solutions and foster other entrepreneurs. Meriem is a President of the CGEM's (the Moroccan employers' organization) Commission in charge of startup and entrepreneurship private sector initiatives in the country. She also serves as an advisor for various development finance institutions, advising on their program design for the region.
