ITRANSACT FUND MANAGERS (PTY)

Our asset management business had a humble start back in 1964 and has evolved over the years, changed ownership a number of times (at some stage forming part of Mercantile Bank) and became part of the Indequity Group in 2001. Over the next few years a lot of development work was done and the asset management division converted their existing wrap funds into more tax efficient unit trusts in December 2004. Itransact Fund Managers was also officially established at this time under the Indequity brand, becoming an integral part of the asset management division... We adopted the Itransact brand, which has been a part of the AOS business for a number of years towards the end of 2015. This was done in order to further distinguish and position our collective investment scheme business for the future.
