Cardiovascular disease (CVD), especially Coronary Heart Disease (CHD), remains the leading course of death worldwide. SURF, the SUrvey of Risk Factors, aims to simplify the way heart specialists record and manage cardiovascular risk factors. <JNSN> developed a clear-cut website and redesigned the logo to support the spread of SURF. The project is an initiative by the Julius Center for Health Sciences, part of the University Medical Center Utrecht.
