Dr. Kehinde Nwani founded Meadow Hall in 2002. She obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and was called to the Nigerian Bar over 30 years ago. She practiced law for about 14 years before finally deciding to pursue her lifelong passion of setting up an educational institution. To adequately equip her for this, she obtained a Montessori diploma, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (International) PGCEi and subsequently a Masters degree in Education from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. She is presently undergoing a PhD programme at the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. An educationist, she is also a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker. A renowned trainer on; Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Personal Effectiveness, Teacher Professional Development, School Improvement and 21st Century Learning strategies amongst others. Dr. Nwani has been widely recognized for her educational pursuits, achievements and notable contributions to the growth of education in Nigeria. Consequently, she has received such awards as ‘Entrepreneur of Our Time' by Junior Achievement Nigeria in 2008. The Fellow for the Order of Sustainable Education' by the Faculty of Education, Obafemi Awolowo University in 2012 ‘The Christian Business Woman of the Year' by the Wise Women Awards in 2013, ‘, ‘Excellence in Quality Education' at the 2015 Nigeria Entrepreneurs Awards and National Outstanding Leadership Award 2016, by the National Association of Nigerian Students. Dr. Kehinde Nwani is a social entrepreneur who has a passion for national transformation and believes that education can be used as a viable tool for societal development. Kehinde has broken new grounds in the area of education as a result of her strong passion for improving the standard and quality of education in Nigeria. The Consult created as a result of her vision has supervised the training of over 3,400 education stakeholders consisting of teachers, school heads, administrators and school owners. She serves as an education consultant to many institutions. As an educator and an astute entrepreneur, Dr. Kehinde Nwani never relents in her efforts in raising the bar of excellence in the educational sector. In 2014, she commenced the first educational franchise scheme in Nigeria; offering various educational franchise opportunities to investors. Mr. Fela Durotoye

FELA DUROTOYE is the Chief Executive Officer of the GEMSTONE Group, a leadership development institution with a distinct mandate to raise a Generation of leaders that are Empowered, Motivated and Stirred To Operate with Natural Excellence (GEMSTONE). Fela has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science with Economics, as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration (M.B.A) and a Master of Philosophy Degree (M.Phil) in Strategic Management, all from the obafemi Awolowo University, Ife. Fela is an Alumnus of the Kennedy School of Government of the prestigious Harvard University in the United States as well as an alumnus of The Leadership Institute in Arlington, Virginia. Most recently, Fela Durotoye was recognised by the Universal Peace Federation and the Youth Federation for World Peace as a UNITED NATIONS YOUNG AMBASSADOR FOR PEACE. He has won several national and international awards for his leadership development and nation building activities. Fela started his career as a Project Finance Analyst in Ventures & Trusts Limited (V&T) in 1992. In 1998, he brought his experience to Phillips Consulting Limited (PCL) where he excelled to head the Customer Service Group. In 2001, Fela Durotoye established V.I.P CONSULTING Limited. Fela DUROTOYE is widely acclaimed as Nigeria's most sought-after transformational speaker and his passion for Nigeria has earned him the pet name "Mr. Nigeria".

Mr. Nnamdi Okonkwo

Mr. Okonkwo assumed duties as Managing Director/CEO with effect from January 2014. Until his appointment as the MD/CEO he was the Executive Director in charge of South Directorate of the bank. He holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Benin and an MBA, Banking and Finance from Enugu State University. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) of INSEAD and has also attended other senior-level programs at world-renowned institutions. Before joining Fidelity, Okonkwo was the Head of the Corporate Banking Directorate in (UBA) and had at various times been the MD & CEO of UBA, Ghana and the Regional Chief Executive Officer of all UBA Subsidiaries in Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone and comes with over 25 years' experience in various areas of banking.

Sir Demola Aladekomo
