Adrian Powell

Adrian is an experienced learning professional with considerable breadth of experience in leading organisational change. His key focus is on leadership development, talent identification and growth, graduate development, board level facilitation, developing high performing teams, individual effectiveness and behavioural change. He is an established coach who has supported both individuals and teams to achieve their personal goals, with particular experience working with senior leaders and executive teams. He has a pragmatic and positive approach and is said to be "inspirational" and "life changing" by his clients. Initial years of his career were focused on front line client relationship management in a major UK bank. Over the last 20 years, Adrian has developed a passion for Organisational and People development. During this time Adrian has developed his expertise in leading L&D teams of up to 140 strong in two leading financial service organisations. Adrian holds an MSc in People and Organisational Development and is a practitioner of a variety of psychometric tools. In his spare time, Adrian support Stoke City FC and he is a qualified Football Association referee.

David Durkin

David has considerable experience and expertise in leadership skills, coaching, talent development, team dynamics and learning design across a range of industries, across the world. He believes passionately in the value of continuous L&D as a significant contributor to business success. He has been a guest speaker at the HR Leader's Forum and the TMSDI Network (which developed case studies from his work). He has successfully led the design and delivery of high quality development solutions that have demonstrated exceptional return on investment. David has worked with London Business School directing a highly successful development programme for top leadership talent at a UK based global bank. David is an accredited ILM facilitator/assessor and also an assessor for the Chartered Institute of Bankers, with more than twenty years of experience designing, delivering and evaluating development programmes. An accomplished and experienced coach, David facilitates learning processes that are challenging, supportive and deliver exceptional results. He is a keen golfer, enjoys cricket, live music and travel and is a long suffering supporter of Leeds United.

Hilary Harris

Prior to her move into consulting Hilary enjoyed a highly successful career as a senior organization development and talent management professional over a period of some 25 years. She has a proven track record across a broad range of industry sectors, working for highly regarded multi-national organisations and delivering business based people solutions. She also has extensive hands-on working experience across the US, Asia and Europe. Her main area of focus in recent years has been on leading organizations through significant culture change, developing global talent management strategies, leading on organization design challenges and building senior leadership effectiveness. As a Chief Talent Officer, Hilary was recognized as key facilitator leading a traditional global print publishing business through a significant period of change to emerge as a highly success online Data and Information provider. An effective team player who is equally comfortable working autonomously and who thrives in a fast paced, commercial and challenging environment, Hilary's core strength lies in her ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with a strong practical focus on delivery. She is recognised as a trusted and highly respected business partner driving growth and improving operational performance. She has also completed marathons in London, New York and Berlin as well as numerous half marathons and is working hard to get off the golf driving range and onto the green.

Katherine Murby-Peplow

Katherine Murby-Peplow is a highly regarded learning and development professional with more than 20 years' experience of working in the people development arena. With over 15 years' experience working for a major blue chip organization leading local and national teams, she has led, designed and implemented transformational people programmes and possesses a natural instinct to inspire and motivate others via her excellent coaching and facilitation skills. Katherine's main passion is in the area of behavioural change, particularly in the context of leadership development, career development, customer service and sales training, mentoring, executive coaching, competency based assessment and development and performance improvement, working at all levels within organisations to help improve business effectiveness. With a style that is both supportive and challenging, she enables people to reach their full potential, ensuring they take individual control of their personal development whilst contributing to organisational goals and objectives.

Lindsey Muir

Lindsey is another highly experienced performance management consultant who also received her formal training with Aubrey Daniels International. Since then she has implemented performance management processes in a wide variety of industries and sectors from financial services to utilities to retail to pharmaceuticals to hospitality. Working extensively in the area of individual and organisational behaviour change and process improvement, Lindsey is an effective presenter and trainer, applying behavioural principles to knowledge transfer so as to ensure effective implementations. Lindsey enjoys fast cars, horses and working out and she detests football.

Richard Giles

Richard is an experienced learning professional with over 15 years experience working for a major blue chip organisation, and 8 years in leadership roles within a Corporate University environment. He has experience in leading virtual teams, promoting culture change through embedding performance management processes and through his extensive training design and delivery knowledge is able to provide tailor made solutions to companies and individuals. Richard now uses his considerable experience to work closely with clients who are looking to achieve a shift of attitude or performance in individuals or teams. He delivers training programmes in all areas of management and leadership development including performance management, customer service, communication and presentation skills and feedback and coaching. He is also a strong and creative design consultant with the ability to take a brief, analyse the need and design a high quality interactive training programme. Whilst he tends to spend a lot of his time on trains Richard is keener still on planes and automobiles and he is an aficionado of craft beers.

Simon McDermott Brown

In recent times Simon has spent much of his working life in two completely different areas; helping organisations to improve the quality of experience that they provide for their customers and helping organisations to reduce the level of behavioural risk undertaken by their people, thereby minimising the frequency of accidents and associated injuries. Simon is an experienced performance management consultant who was formally trained in applied behaviour analysis in Atlanta with Aubrey Daniels International. He is also an Authorized Partner of The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Teamâ„¢ the assessment methodology developed for teams by Patrick Lencioni. In his spare time Simon plays football, skis, enjoys red wine and (for his sins) is an avid supporter of Plymouth Argyle FC.

Suzy Gabbay

Suzy has been a chartered occupational psychologist for over fifteen years previously enjoying careers as a university lecturer and in the media as a producer and broadcast journalist. More recently she has been working as a business consultant and projects have focused on things like defining, assessing and enhancing capability as well as increasing employee engagement. Suzy is a registered practitioner of numerous psychometric tools such as WAVE, HPI, HDS, Talent Q, MBTI, OPQ and she has worked as an assessor, facilitator and coach across Europe and Australia. She enjoys helping people to find alternative and superior pathways to success. She is also a foodie who recently took up baking so that she could make her own wonderful treats!
