Dirk Kemmerer is the CEO of the Bertelsmann Printing Group and, as CEO, is responsible for the businesses of Mohn Media. He also heads the multi-partner bonus programme DeutschlandCard as Managing Director and is one of the experts in the fields of Dialogue Marketing, Digitalisation and Customer Insights. He began his professional career after completing his commercial training and business studies at IBM in Mainz and Hamburg. In 2002, he left to become an account manager at Arvato Services, where he successfully served in various management positions in Germany and abroad in subsequent years. In 2009, he took over the management of the Mail & Document Solutions product line, in 2012 he was appointed Managing Director of the strategic business unit Marketing & Content Solutions, and in 2014 became Managing Director of the Arvato Digital Marketing Solution Group. Three years later, Kemmerer joined the Bertelsmann Printing Group with the whole business unit, joined the BPG executive board, and took over as Managing Director of Mohn Media in the areas of Sales, Key Account Management and Marketing. In August 2018, Dirk Kemmerer became Chairman and CEO of Mohn Media and in April 2019, he was appointed CEO of the Bertelsmann Printing Group.

Ulrich Cordes is the CFO of the Bertelsmann Printing Group and Mohn Media's second MD. He studied business management in Göttingen before earning his doctorate at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer in 1995. In 1997, he joined the Bertelsmann corporate development department as a consultant. He became the commercial director of the Bertelsmann Marketing Service in 2000, and in 2002, the MD of Arvato Direct Services. He went on to become the commercial director of Arvato Services Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in 2007, when he also joined the management board. In 2009, Cordes was appointed CFO of Arvato AG. In the course of the Arvato reorganisation in the summer of 2015, Cordes took over the responsibility for the digital marketing, print solutions, IT solutions and replication business.
