Dr Pradip Kumar Ghosh completed his MBBS from NRS Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata in 1983. He opted Housestaffship in Ophthalmology In his mother institute and completed his Diploma in Ophthalmology (D.O.) in 1986 from University College of Medicine, Kolkata. He joined in MS in Ophthalmology course in Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Kolkata in 1987 passed MS in Ophthalmology in 1990. He joined in W.B.Health Service and served there for several years but after becoming dissatisfied with Govt. Service he decided to leave the Job and established an Ophthalmic set-up under the name of Neha Eye Hospital in association with his Ophthalmologist wife, Dr Suparna Ghosh in 1998 to serve the people in a better way. Subsequently, name of Neha Eye Hospital was changed to Neha Eye Centre.

Dr Suparna Ghosh completed her MBBS from Medical College, Kolkata In 1988. She opted for House-staffship in Ophthalmology in her mother Institute. She joined in D.O. course in Aligarh Muslim University and passed D.O. in 1992. She joined in D S P Hospital as an Ophthalmic Surgeon and served there for several years but she decided to leave the Job and established an Ophthalmic set-up under the name of Neha Eye Hospital in association with his Ophthalmologist husband, Dr Pradip Kumar Ghosh in 1998. Subsequently, name of Neha Eye Hospital was changed to Neha Eye Centre.
