Michelle Dudash is an award-winning registered dietitian, consulting chef, writer, television personality and recipe developer, and is nationally recognized as an expert in teaching people how health and food can happily co-exist. And Michelle knows good food. In her 18 years of food business experience, she earned her certificate as a Cordon Bleu chef, cooked at a Mobil Five Star restaurant, and was a private chef serving guests including English royalty. As a busy working mom with a family, Michelle understands what millions of moms face every night as they struggle to put a healthy dinner on the table in minutes. Michelle graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. degree in dietetics and a few years later she earned her toque from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Drawing on this expertise, Michelle went on to teach at the Arizona Culinary Institute. Michelle enjoys teaching and entertaining the public in easy to understand sound bites about healthy eating. She appears regularly on major Phoenix programs and has appeared nationally on Better and FOX and Friends. Michelle is the Health Expert for SheKnows.com with her own monthly column. Michelle has a strong television presence and partners as a media spokesperson with public relations agencies, such as Weber Shandwick and Ogilvy Public Relations, on behalf of clients including The National Mango Board, Sargento, and California Raisins. Michelle is a sought after chef nutritionist who continues to prove her skill and accessibility. She motivates audiences of employees to live a healthier lifestyle as a public speaker at companies such as Wells Fargo and Triwest Healthcare Alliance. Michelle has consulted on providing balanced and delicious food for institutions such as ARAMARK's corporate dining programs and the Federal School Lunch Program. Active in her profession, she has served in many levels of the American Dietetic Association, where she received the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year award. She currently serves on the executive committee of the Food and Culinary Professionals Dietetic Practice Group and is the incoming president-elect of the Arizona Dietetic Association. Michelle is also a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and Les Dames d' Escoffier. Michelle is working on her first cookbook, New Modern Moms. Based in Phoenix, she finds balance living with her husband and daughter and enjoys good food, exercise and traveling.

My name is Rinku Shah. I am currently a student at Arizona State University. I will be graduating in May 2008 with a B.S. in Food and Nutrition Management. I moved to the United States about five years ago from India. I enjoy working with many different people and cultures. I started my career in Aesthetics and I got my Arizona State license for Aesthetician. I am especially interested in cooking, nutrition and aesthetics. I would love to open my own spa someday and use beauty and nutrition to enhance people's lives.
