Ludwig rejoined PPL in August 2017 from Talen Energy Corporation, where he served as the head of investor relations for three years, developed the company's global investor relations program, and led strategic communications for financing and merger and acquisition activities.

Prior to that, Elmore was an international tax consultant for Arthur Anderson, LLC from 1996 to 2000.

For over 25 years, McDonald has held leadership positions in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining LG&E and KU Energy, McDonald was vice president of community leadership at the Community Foundation of Louisville. Before that, she served as director of planned giving at the University of Louisville after eight years in the financial industry as a vice president and private banker at National City - now PNC. McDonald's career began in the public sector, where she worked as special assistant to Louisville Mayor David L. Armstrong and as the director of affirmative action.
McDonald is a graduate of Centre College and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
McDonald currently serves on the Centre College Board of Trustees and the boards of directors for American Printing House for the Blind, Bates Community Development Corporation and the Louisville-based nonprofit Family, Inc., the parent company of Family Scholar House. She is a member of International Women's Forum Kentucky.

Martin joined PPL in June 2003. Prior to becoming president of PPL Electric Utilities in September 2023, Martin was PPL's senior vice president-Public Affairs and chief sustainability officer, overseeing the corporation's advocacy and policy development, corporate communications and sustainability efforts.
Before coming to PPL, Martin was deputy secretary for water management in Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection, where she was responsible for statewide water resources management and policy. Martin also served as senior policy manager for environmental, infrastructure, energy and regulatory issues for Governors Tom Ridge and Mark Schweiker and as executive policy specialist for Governor Ridge.

Bonenberger joined PPL in 1984 as assistant field office manager at PPL's Susquehanna nuclear power plant. Over the course of his tenure, he has held various positions in the corporate audit, financial, customer service and operations departments with increased levels of responsibility. He played a key role in the startup of the PPL EnergyPlus retail business and PPLSolutions in the unregulated markets. He has also served as vice president-Distribution Operations, general manager-Transmission & Substations, director of Distribution Operations and regional director of the utility's central region.
Bonenberger holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Bloomsburg University and a master's in business administration from Wilkes University.

Prior to joining PPL, he spent several years as director of Federal Legislative Affairs with Houston-based independent power producer Calpine Corporation, and 10 years working as a federal lobbyist for a Midwestern law firm where he represented a variety of entities, including rural electric cooperatives, financial service companies, municipalities, universities and tier-one automotive manufacturers.
Prior to working in government relations, Arthur spent five years in the government, working on both Capitol Hill and at the Environmental Protection Agency.

Dean A. Del Vecchio is executive vice president and chief technology and innovation officer for PPL Corporation. With over three decades of leadership, IT and operations experience, Del Vecchio is focused on creating technology-enabled utilities of the future for PPL. This includes utilizing the latest advances in technology, automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics to deliver the clean energy transition safely, reliably and affordably for our customers.

Prior to joining PPL in February 2024, Del Vecchio was executive vice president and chief information and operations officer for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America.
In his role with Guardian, Del Vecchio was responsible for defining and implementing a strategic technology vision that aligned with the company's long-term growth initiatives and business objectives. In addition, he was responsible for leading enterprise-wide customer service and operations. He provided strategic oversight for Guardian's shared services organization in India, as well as real estate and facilities, physical security, office services, Guardian's source-to-pay process to drive procurement efficiency, and enterprise imaging.
Prior to joining Guardian, Del Vecchio was senior vice president, CIO and global head of IT Shared Services at News Corp. and Dow Jones, where he was responsible for creating new and distinctive platforms for news and information delivery, as well as leading all application development and technology infrastructure. In addition to the CIO role, he served as the company's chief administrative officer, creating a vision and plan to improve administrative service, delivery and processes.

Crockett was named to his position in October 2021. Crockett joined LG&E and KU in January 2018, serving as the company's general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary. Prior to joining LG&E and KU, Crockett served nine years as the chairman of Frost Brown Todd, a firm with more than 500 lawyers in mid-America. Bergstein previously served as PPL Corporation's vice president - Investor Relations and Corporate Development & Planning. In this role, he led PPL's Investor Relations program, provided leadership to strategic initiatives and spearheaded corporate budgeting and financial planning activities, including the development of the company's multi-year business plan.
Bergstein also served as treasurer from 2016 to 2018, leading the company's financing and investing activities, including capital market transactions and mitigation of interest rate and foreign currency risk.
Since joining PPL in 1999, Bergstein led PPL's investor relations efforts during two of the largest cash acquisitions in the U.S. utility sector, as well as during the spinoff of PPL's competitive energy business. Prior to joining PPL, he worked at Amerigas Partners, L.P.

Joseph P. Bergstein, Jr. is executive vice president and chief financial officer of PPL Corporation, one of the largest investor-owned utilities in the United States. With more than two decades of experience in the utility industry, Bergstein oversees PPL's investor relations, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, risk management, controllership, strategic development and supply chain functions.

Before his current position, Bellar served as senior vice president of Engineering and Construction for PPL, driving consolidation of engineering and large construction projects across PPL's operating companies. Previously, he was chief operating officer of Louisville Gas & Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company. In that role, he was responsible for all operations areas including generation, energy supply and analysis, electric distribution and transmission, gas distribution and storage, safety, environmental and customer service. He has participated in major regulatory proceedings and has more than 35 years of experience in the energy industry.
Bellar joined Kentucky Utilities in 1987 as an electrical engineer. He held several engineering roles in the transmission and generation areas. Bellar was promoted to director of Generation Services in 2000 and subsequently served as general manager of LG&E's Cane Run and Ohio Falls generating stations, director of Financial Planning and Controlling, director of Transmission, vice president of State Regulation and Rates, vice president of Gas Distribution and senior vice president Operations.
Bellar participated in a dual-degree program receiving a bachelor's degree in engineering arts from Georgetown College and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kentucky. He also has completed executive education courses at the Harvard Business School and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Bellar was named to the University of Kentucky College of Engineering Hall of Distinction, which recognizes alumni with distinguished engineering and professional accomplishments and commitment to community service.
Bellar is active in the community and serves on the Metro United Way board of directors; Trees Louisville board of directors; and the University of Kentucky Engineering School dean's advisory council. Bellar is a past board chair of Greater Louisville Inc., Louisville's regional chamber of commerce. Lonnie Bellar oversees enterprise-wide engineering and construction services for generation, electricity and gas transmission and distribution; energy supply and analysis; and environmental compliance for the PPL enterprise. Bellar is also responsible for PPL's Kentucky generation fleet. He reports to PPL President and Chief Executive Officer Vincent Sorgi.
Prior to taking on her current role in March 2019, Beers was vice president-Finance and Regulatory Affairs and controller for PPL Electric Utilities, which provides electric delivery service to 1.4 million customers in Pennsylvania.
In that role, Beers was responsible for all aspects of financial management for PPL Electric Utilities, including strategic and business planning and financial accounting, reporting and analysis, as well as development and execution of the company's state and federal regulatory strategy. She also played a critical leadership role as the company made investments to improve reliability and service to customers while meeting stakeholder return expectations. In addition, she was responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of the company's headquarters and utility operations buildings in Pennsylvania.
Beers came to PPL in January 2016 after a 20-year career at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., an Allentown, Pennsylvania-based industrial gas supplier where she held various accounting and finance roles. Most recently, she was the controller for the Americas Industrial Gases segment. She also has public accounting experience.
Beers holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and a master's degree in business administration from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She is also a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania.

Marlene C. Beers is vice president and controller of PPL Corporation. As CFO, Sorgi played a key role in leading PPL through the spinoff of its competitive generation business in 2015.

Prior to joining MISO, Brooks worked in senior security advisory roles at Cisco, advising Global companies on advanced security strategies, and at Dell-EMC, consulting on security programs, security assessments and security technology solutions.
For more than 15 years, Brooks worked at Eli Lilly and Company, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry. At Eli Lilly, his leadership roles spanned a broad range of both IT and business areas that included IT solutions development and support, human resources management, compliance and information security. During his tenure at Eli Lilly, he assisted the company in responding to federal audits and was instrumental in remediating a consumer privacy breach involving Federal Trade Commission enforcement actions.
Brooks is a military veteran and served as a United States Army officer at the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He is a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in computer science.
Brooks holds numerous business and security certifications and is a member of many industry associations. Through the Edison Electric Institute, he is actively involved in industry-wide efforts to improve the security and resiliency of power grid operations.

W. Mark Brooks is PPL's vice president and chief security officer (CSO). He leads PPL's corporate-wide efforts to prepare for, protect against and respond to today's persistent and evolving cybersecurity and physical security threats.

Stark joined PPL in April 2021 from Pepco Holdings, LLC, where she was senior vice president, Legal and Regulatory Strategy and General Counsel, overseeing legal services and regulatory strategy for several electric and gas utilities in multiple jurisdictions. From 2012 to 2016, she served as deputy general counsel for Pepco, a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation.
Before joining Pepco, she spent a decade with FirstEnergy Corporation, including seven years as associate general counsel. Prior to that, she spent five years in private practice with a focus on labor and employment law.
She holds a bachelor's degree in English and political science from Kalamazoo College in Michigan and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School.
Stark serves on the board of the Allentown Symphony Association.
