Founded in 1976, RDR Properties is a diversified real estate investment and management company specializing in urban revitalization and adaptive reuse of noteworthy downtown districts and commercial properties. We work closely with elected officials, local government agencies, other property owners, tenants, and residents to build common visions and create new and exciting opportunities for all. We seek value added opportunities in underperforming properties and districts with great histories and/or great possibilities.
