We work exclusively with cloud services within Lean Management that include software and consulting services packaged in a conceptual offer. The concepts must digitize and automate B2B processes and follow a methodology that we call activity-driven process management, the "ToDo" principle... We help customers of these services as well as their providers. Providers, or start-ups, with the ability and willingness to globally provide on-demand conceptual services to handle customer workload peaks, i.e., business process outsourcing (BPO)... We start from a methodology we have developed that we call activity-driven process control, which primarily involves identifying and ensuring that the necessary business-supporting activities exist and that they really add the values expected from the business.
