Bonnie is a member of our Design team in Kalamazoo, having joined in 2022.. She has her Associates in Business Management from KVCC and loves expressing her creativity through her work.. She has both renovation and new construction experience and loves seeing the way that spaces can be transformed with unique designs. Her personal style is described as traditional to organic modern and her strengths include her determination to see a project completed in a way that suits each customer's personal needs and her active attention to detail.
Deb has been the owner of Wenke Flooring & Design since 2011, but has been designing with Wenke's for over 25 years. In addition to running the business, she takes care of on-site measuring and estimates to get the customer's project done right. Her personal style is described to be eclectic. "I believe that design is the opportunity to bring to life the unique pallet of each individual."

Gina has been a Sales Manager and Designer for Wenke's since 2010. She received her Associates Degree in Fashion Merchandising from KVCC. Her personal style is considered to be eclectic and contemporary. What sets Gina apart is her passion to assist clients in achieving their dream looks for their projects, she is a determined Designer with great patience and pays close attention to detail.

- Vice President of Operations
Jennifer is the Vice President of Operations, overseeing both the Schoolcraft and Kalamazoo locations, as well as doing on-site measuring and estimates. She has been with Wenke's since 2013. Jennifer graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelors degree in Interior Design, then went on to receive a Masters in Business Administration from Spring Arbor. Her own style could be defined as "Classic Contemporary" - a mix of clean lines in classic, timeless colors.
Logan joined our design team in 2019 - Currently her time is split between both locations. In addition to working full time, she is just starting her journey to earn a college degree. Her own design style is a mixture between mid century modern and bohemian. She likes to mix natural tones with pops of color. Logan loves working with customers on unique projects and creating relationships with her clients. Her strengths are her friendly demeanor and adaptability to each project.
Shiffra has many years of experience in customer service, and has worked as our Administrative Specialist for Wenke's since 2016. She has a bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and she excels at keeping our offices running smoothly and making our days fun and entertaining.
