Not all Solicitors are specialists in conveyancing and we only deal with conveyancing solicitors who are of a reasonable size, with the required number of staff and have been trading for a certain length of time... Conveyancing Brokers is a trading style of Legal Brokers Ltd. We act on behalf of those looking to buy or sell property. We also support solicitors looking to buy & sell each other, we provide a recruitment service and carry out property searches (we're upto 70,000'ish so far)... We don't necessarily like to think of ourselves as providing "Cheap Conveyancing" but essentially speaking that's what we specialise in. The Conveyancing firms we deal with charge their "local" clients a higher amount and charge certain extra's that we don't allow them to. We set the solicitors fees and we'll help our clients in the event the solicitor is dragging their feet or charging extra.
