Aditya Laroia was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd. on 18 May 2021. He is responsible for the overall securities and investment banking businesses in Singapore. He joined Maybank Investment Banking Group (Maybank IBG) in 2020 as Regional Head, Prime Brokerage and Head, Investment Management, Singapore where he was instrumental in developing Prime and its expansion into new markets, such as the launch of Prime in the USA. Aditya has over 23 years' experience in financial markets in New York, London and Asia. Prior to joining Maybank IBG, he was Asia Pacific Head of Sales at Saxo Group where he was responsible for origination, sales, relationship and account management for the region. He has also held leadership roles at Nomura and Lehman Brothers. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ami Moris was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Maybank Investment Banking Group (Maybank IBG) on 1 October 2018. She is responsible for overseeing all of the investment banking, brokerage and derivatives businesses in Malaysia and across Maybank IBG's regional platform. Ami joined Maybank IBG in 2009 as Head, Equity Markets responsible for both the institutional and retail businesses. Ami played a leading role in the successful acquisition, integration, and subsequent management of Singapore-based Kim Eng Holdings, which transformed Maybank IB from a single-market entity into one of ASEAN's leading investment banks. Under her leadership, Maybank IBG became ASEAN's largest equities franchise and was voted Best Broker in Southeast Asia for eight consecutive years. In Malaysia, Ami guided the business from a Bottom 10 position to Top 3, while being consistently voted Best Brokerage in Malaysia. Prior to her appointment as CEO, Maybank IBG, Ami served as its Chief Operating Officer from 2015, overseeing the functions of the office of the Chief Executive Officer, Maybank IBG driving business strategy and management of the 10-country operating platform, covering ASEAN-6, Hong Kong, India, United Kingdom and USA. Before joining Maybank IB, Ami was with Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd which she joined in 2001. Anthony Brent Elam

Anthony Brent Elam was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Maybank on 15 November 2016. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and International Business from New York University, United States of America and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, United States of America. Anthony Brent Elam had been a Director of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk ("BCA") since May 2002. He was also the Chief Risk Officer and Director of Risk Management of BCA, responsible for Enterprise Wide Risk Management and Loan Recovery. He stepped down from the said positions in April 2016. Prior to joining BCA, he served as an advisor to the Chairman of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency of PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia from November 1996 to December 2001. He was previously the Vice President at Dieng Djaya from February 1994 to November 1996 and a Vice President at Citibank from 1986 to 1994. Cheng Kee Check was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Maybank on 19 November 2014. (Hons) from National University of Singapore. He is a practising corporate lawyer at Messrs Skrine, where he commenced legal practice after his admission to both Singapore and Malaysian Bar in 1990. Throughout his practice, he has been involved in a broad range of corporate exercises involving takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Dato' Idris Kechot

Dato' Idris was formerly the Deputy President and Group Chief Operating Officer of Permodalan Nasional Berhad ("PNB"), one of the largest fund management companies in Malaysia. He was responsible for overseeing the unit trust and investment management operations of PNB. He has more than 30 years of experience in the entire value-chain of investment management business including equity and fixed income valuation, equity trading and portfolio management. He began his career as a research analyst with PNB in 1983 undertaking industry and sectorial research and has carved an illustrious career before retiring as the Deputy President and Group Chief Operating Officer of PNB on 31 December 2018. Within the Maybank Group, Dato' Idris is currently the Chairman of Maybank Asset Management Group Berhad and Maybank Asset Management Sdn Bhd. He started his career with Maybank in 1981 covering several areas of banking, among others, Enterprise Banking, Corporate Banking, International Banking and Credit Management. He also served in Maybank offices in London and New York. His last position in Maybank was as Chief Credit Officer prior to leaving in 2005. He subsequently joined Affin Bank Berhad in 2005 as Director, Business Banking and was appointed as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Affin Bank Berhad in 2009. He had concurrently undertaken the position of CEO of Affin Holdings Berhad in January, 2014. He then retired from Affin Bank Berhad and Affin Holdings Berhad in March, 2015. He joined Maybank Islamic Berhad in April 2016 as an Independent Non-Executive Director for one (1) year before leaving to accept the appointment as President/Managing Director of Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad ("Bank Rakyat") in April, 2017. Datuk R. Karunakaran was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Maybank on 16 July 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) (Hons) from University of Malaya. He has also completed the Postgraduate Course on Industrial Project Planning, University of Bradford, United Kingdom. Datuk R. Karunakaran joined the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (formerly known as Malaysian Industrial Development Authority) ("MIDA") in August 1972 and served in various positions including Deputy Director, Director, Deputy Director-General and Director-General. He also served as the Director of MIDA Singapore, Cologne (Germany) and London (England). Having served MIDA for about 36 years, Datuk R. Karunakaran retired as the Director-General of MIDA in June 2008, a position he held for about 4 years. During his service with MIDA, he was responsible for the promotion and coordination of the development of the manufacturing and services sector in Malaysia including promoting domestic and foreign investments in Malaysia. He was a member of the Cabinet Committee on Investment for High Impact Projects. He was also a member of PEMUDAH, a special task force set up by the Prime Minister to facilitate business, improve public service delivery systems in terms of process, procedures, legislation and human resources. She started her banking career with The Chase Manhattan Bank, Malaysia Branch (now known as J.P. Morgan Chase Bank Berhad) in 1980 and the last position she held was as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, a position she held for four (4) years. From 2006 to 2008, she was with Standard Chartered Bank Berhad as Managing Director, Strategic Client Coverage Group. Thereafter, she joined Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Malaysia Representative Office as the Group Representative and Executive Director, Institutional Banking for Malaysia until her retirement in July 2014. Malique Sidique was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Maybank Investment Banking Group (Maybank IBG) effective 1 October 2018. He was promoted to Maybank Group Chief Financial Controller (GFC) effective 1 January 2022. He will continue to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Maybank Investment Banking Group (Maybank IBG) until further notice. In his new role at Maybank Group, he will lead the Group's financial reporting, regulatory reporting and accounting functions. He will also be accountable for developing the right internal controls to operate sustainably in areas such as asset quality and impairment assessment, treasury product control and strategic procurement. Malique has an international finance career spanning over 20 years. He started his career in the United Kingdom at Flemmings Chartered Accountants, subsequently joining Credit Suisse and Royal Bank of Scotland. Upon returning to Malaysia, he joined CIMB as Senior Manager for Financial Planning & Forecasting. He joined Maybank Group in 2012 in the Group's investment banking business. His most recent role is as Chief Financial Officer of Maybank Investment Banking Group (Maybank IBG), spanning across the 10 countries that form Maybank IBG's international operating platform. In addition, he supervises the finance & operations functions of Maybank Asset Management Group and Securities Solutions (SS). Malique has played a key role in the transformation of Maybank IBG, spearheading a strategic cost optimisation programme and a full-scale transformation of SS in its integration with the Investment Management platform. Mohamad Yasin was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Maybank Investment Banking Group (Maybank IBG) effective 1 October 2018. He has also been CEO, International of Maybank IBG effective 1 March 2021. He oversees both the Malaysian and regional businesses comprising Brokerage, Derivatives, Asset Management and Securities Services, as well as the Maybank IBG International Business portfolio covering Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, India, Vietnam, US and UK, which are 7 out of the 10 countries that make up MKE's operating platform. AS CEO, International, he aligns product, channel and geographies to the client strategy and drive greater cross segment revenues and synergies. A Maybank scholar, Yasin has more than 21 years of experience in the corporate and financial industry, more than 12 years were spent in the capacity as CFO. Yasin is a Chartered Banker (CB) of Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Rajiv Vijendran

Rajiv Vijendran was appointed Regional Head, Investment Banking & Advisory of Maybank Investment Banking Group (Maybank IBG), effective 1 January 2017. He is primarily responsible for Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Advisory, which includes Transaction Execution Group, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Strategic Advisory. Rajiv has over 20 years of experience in strategic financial advisory, equity sales, and equity capital markets and has been involved in numerous landmark IPOs, as well as equity placements in ASEAN. He joined Maybank IBG in 2006 as the Head of Institutional Sales and later assumed the role as the Head of ECM, Malaysia. Rajiv was subsequently promoted to be the Regional Head of ECM, a position which he held until the latest appointment. Prior to joining Maybank IBG, Rajiv served in RHB Group where he undertook numerous senior roles, with his last being Executive Director of RHB Securities. Rajiv graduated from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor of Economics. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).

Shariffuddin Khalid

Shariffuddin Khalid joined Amanah Merchant Bank Berhad ("AMBB") from 1994 to 1998 as Deputy General Manager, Business Development. He was part of the management team that was tasked with the turnaround of AMBB. He was also part of the pioneer team tasked with the establishment of Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad ("Danaharta") during the 1998 Asian financial crisis. He served as General Manager, Communications and Human Resource, Danaharta, from its establishment in 1998 until 2005.

She is a member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and The Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Shirley Goh retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia in June 2020 having worked with PwC for 41 years, of which 24 years were as a Partner. During her time in PwC, she was a long serving member of the Assurance Executive Team and was elected by the Partners to the Oversight Board in 2016 which she chaired for 4 years prior to her retirement in June 2020. She has over 40 years of experience in audit and had provided business advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including local enterprises and conglomerates as well as multinational companies in financial services, healthcare, property development, poultry farming, retail, services etc. Apart from this, she also has a myriad of experience advising on local and cross-border Merger & Acquisition transactions at all stages of integration. She has also worked with clients with overseas operations such as in China, India, Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia. Currently, Shirley Goh also sits on the Board of UEM Edgenta Berhad.
