Chee Foong joined PSA in 2012, bringing with him a broad range of business development, investment management and restructuring experience in transport and logistics.

Hector is a career professional and brings over 25 years of logistics industry experience to his role as Deputy CEO. He is responsible for leading all key commercial and operational initiatives and deliverables across PSA BDP's global network, and works closely with the CEO and other executive leaders to execute PSA BDP's strategic goals and drive opportunities for commercial and operational growth and service excellence. Hector is also a member of PSA's Senior Management Council.
