Our philosophy is to work in harmony with nature, to establish agronomy, giving nature what it needs to provide plant habitat, utilising organic and biodynamic practices, resulting in lasting constant yields of high quality,... We are very fortunate to be proud owners of several hectares of century-old vineyards. We intend on investing our time and energy on the well-being of our vineyards, through proper landscape management and soil fertility... Our commitment of high quality is of the utmost importance; we use manual harvesting direct into boxes with multiple sorts to ensure only the very best and healthiest berries are selected and used. We then apply a traditional fermentation technique known as "indigenous yeasts", in concrete tanks and aging wood, whilst having fun with countless possibilities of keeping things simple and free range, at the same time making consistently excellent wines.
