My name is Kate Pugh and I have been working as a Social Worker for 19 years. I hold a Masters of Social Work and am registered with the College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers. I am able to provide counselling to individuals (over 16 years of age) and couples. I have worked with clients of all ages, from a variety of cultural backgrounds and faiths. I have a particular interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma or abuse... I am proud to be a part of the health team at Headwaters Wellness where different professionals can work together to aid individuals in their physical, spiritual and emotional well-being...
