Mr. Payne has 24 years of experience in land surveying and specializes in municipal work, surveying for universities, topographic surveying for engineering design, oil & gas surveying, and boundary surveying. Mr. Payne has completed projects for Texas State University, the City of San Marcos, the City of Seguin, the City of Caldwell, the Town of Pecos City, Burleson County, Hays County, Martindale Water Supply Corporation and numerous Oil & Gas Operating Companies. He was an adjunct professor for Texas State University and served the construction and land surveying industries through educating future professionals for the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Engineering Technology.
