Alexander Rodriguez - Founder

As a Certified Building Contractor and Electrical Contractor, Alexander Rodriguez is the founder of nationally renowned company By His Grace Construction Services, Inc - developed and built from the experiences of two Florida state licensed companies, Riverside Electric Co. and Riverside Construction Services. Riverside Electric is a 4th generation family owned business which was founded in 1922 as an electrical contracting company based in Miami, FL. Riverside Construction, a state certified general contractor company. Utilizing the experience gained as superintendent and project manager for Riverside Electric and Riverside Construction, Alexander Rodriguez, Joe Granados and Charles Memmott have served as builders, developers, advisors, experts, among many other accolades.

Ashley Stone Benedik

Ashley is an accomplished and well respected attorney having practiced law for over 25 years within the Panama City, Florida area. She brings with her an impressive resume with extensive trial experience and expertise on both sides of the Criminal Justice System. As a prosecutor, Ashley tried over 100 cases in from of a jury and as a criminal defense attorney. She most notably represented one of the eight defendants in the Bay County Boot Camp/Martin Lee Anderson Aggravated Manslaughter of a child case in 2007. This case received national attention and was featured on Court TV. Ashley was the only female defense attorney involved in the case and was able to obtain a Not Guilty verdict for her client in the case. Ashley began her career as a Prosecutor for the State Attorney's office in 1993 and began practicing as a criminal defense attorney in 2005. She is the founder of the Benedik Law Firm and an aggressive trial attorney who relentlessly pursues the the best possible outcomes for her clients using her wide-ranging knowledge and relationships with law enforcement personnel, prosecutors and judges in the Panama City area. Blanca P. Greenstein

Blanca P. Greenstein was licensed by the Florida Bar to practice law in 1998. She has been practicing law in the financial services arena for over 20 years. She specializes in the areas of commercial and civil litigation with particular emphasis in the areas of consumer and mortgage finance law. She has represented numerous financial institutions in various proceedings, including foreclosure and bankruptcy. Prior to the opening of her own firm, Ms. Greenstein was a Managing Shareholder with the law firm of Morris, Laing, Evans, Brock & Kennedy, Chtd. for five years. She also served as Senior Counsel over Litigation for a prominent loan servicer (and publicly traded company) thereby providing her extensive experience with regard to litigation and settlement management. Blanca has extensive experience working with small and large businesses. She offers assistance with business formation, the development of business processes, contract drafting, real estate transactions, tax preparation and planning, IRS audit defense, and equine litigation. Additionally, she provides representation to corporate clients engaged in complex commercial, financial, and transactional practices.

Brian A. Parúas is a partner at Mager Paruas, LLC and brings a wealth of insurance expertise to the Storm Help Team having handling thousands of claims involving insurance. He also brings unique experience to the team, having served as a Former Federal Agent for the Department of Justice, along with being the former Senate Aide to the President of the Senate. He brings a dedication to our community and country that cannot be questioned. Brian A. Parúas focuses on Personal Injury, Sexual Abuse, Crime Victims, Wrongful Death and other Tort claims. A Former Federal Agent for the Department of Justice, along with being the former Senate Aide to the President of the Senate, he brings an arsenal of intelligent weaponry to help his clients. He brings a dedication to our community and country that cannot be questioned. Indeed, as the nation began the process of recovering from the September 11th terrorist attacks, Brian left the Senate staff to join the front lines of America's defense. In the years that followed, he literally placed his life on the line for our country. Brian attended the U.S. Transportation Security Administration, Federal Air Marshal Academy and served as Federal Air Marshal, then a uniformed federal law enforcement officer to guard our ports. He then attended law school and continued his public service with the Office of the Chief Counsel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, helping prosecute dangerous criminals in deportation cases on behalf of our nation. Charley Fox

Charley has been an expert roofer for the past 25+ years and served as an expert witness to the industry. He has a remarkable knowledge of the roofing industry including the ability to assess the quality of construction, extent of damage causally related to the storm event, structural integrity of materials, necessary repairs to differing structures, among other things. He has also served as a certified forensic roofing expert in a wide range of disciplines.

Rick O'Shea

Scott Mager
