Danae Phillips has been a part of the real estate industry since 2014 and is currently a Loan Officer and VA Loan Specialist with Spire Financial, a subdivision of Amerifirst Financial. Danae is an active duty military spouse, mother of 6 children, and has a passion for guiding her clients through the process of purchasing or refinancing a home.
Danae is licensed in 17 states (and counting), but has a local lender feel due to her and her team's responsiveness and willingness to work around her clients' schedules. She has knack for thinking outside of the box and creating tailored loan scenarios for each client while being backed by a national company who offers numerous loan products such as conventional loans, VA loans, jumbo loans, FHA loans, USDA loans, and many more.
Danae's professional goals and aspirations are to be the most reliable and personable lender to her fellow military community and making the dream of homeownership a reality for anyone, regardless of who they voted for.
Outside of work, Danae enjoys time with her family, exercising, and trips to the dog park where she cannot resist petting every dog in sight.
Dave, a Senior Loan Officer at Spire Financial, has been involved in the mortgage and real estate industries for the last 18 years. His highest priority is to make sure his clients fully understand the expectations and experience throughout each stage of the loan process.
His dedication to customer service has earned him the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award every year since 2010. Additionally, Dave helped enough families in 2020 to be recognized by Scotsman Guide as a Nationwide Top 1% Loan Originator for 2020.
Dave graduated from the University of Florida and loves to golf and snowboard in his free time.

Kimberly Lefler is a Senior Mortgage Advisor with Spire Financial. She is part of an elite group of professionals who are passionate about ensuring their clients and agents have an amazing experience start to finish. Offering what she calls "Superior in class Purchase and Refinance experience for clients." Since 2005, Kimberly has encouraged her clients to understand real estate financing in a new light and in ways that allow confidence to lead their decision to proceed. By asking questions about her clients goals, apprehensions, and current scope of Mortgage Knowledge she is able to identify key opportunities for consulting. Education is the primary focus for Kimberly with her clients. Whether first-time, move-up buyers, or refinance she engages other professionals to make sure they are using their assets effectively and empowering them to make informed, sound decisions about their future. Her promise? To provide reliable & sincere undivided attention and support to both the buyer and their Realtor.

Sammy Martillotta, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, attended Miami University where he studied Accountancy and Entrepreneurship. Upon graduation, he worked as an Audit Professional for a large Public Accounting Firm in Chicago before transitioning careers into Transaction Advisory. Before long, Denver's hot real estate market called his name and in 2021 he officially joined the Spire Financial team as a Loan Originator. In his spare time, Sammy enjoys watching all things Cleveland sports related, cooking, live music, golfing, and skiing. Travel has always been a passion of his, with a love for experiencing new cultures.
