Ben has 20 years of capital markets experience at JPMorgan and Barclays where his last role, as a Managing Director, was leading a global team serving the financing needs of Asset Managers and pension funds. Ben now manages a portfolio of companies that invest in and advise leading Financial Technology companies, providing treasury and capital solutions to global asset managers, pension funds and hedge funds.

Charlotte Holme

​Charlotte worked in engineering in the Aerospace and Automotive industry before leaving the corporate world to look after a young family. Following she worked in web marketing and now manages the day to day running of C-Suite Pension Strategies as Executive Assistant.

Ian Clifton

Pauline Keeling

Pauline Keeling has had her own accountancy firm and was the proprietor of a Michelin starred restaurant and a riding school. She qualified as an accountant with Crowe Clark Whitehill and then went to work for KPMG. ​She is responsible for resource management.

William McGrath - Founder

Balancing effectively the interests of all stakeholders has been a key consideration seen most recently in the successful sale of AGA Rangemaster - where he was CEO - to the large Illinois based business, Middleby Corporation. ​He has a modern history degree from Oxford University, Qualified as an accountant with KPMG and then worked in corporate finance for Lloyds Merchant Bank and Kleinwort Benson. His industrial experience is in construction, building products, engineering and cookers and refrigeration for the commercial and domestic market
