HOUSECLUB - Key Persons
Upon completion of his course in Real Estate Management, Alex went straight in to estate agency, developing as a sales negotiator in the fiercely competitive market of South West London. Alex then worked the Merseyside region, gaining valuable experience within a corporate agency.
Alex has worked as a Residential Valuer for Houseclub since 2016, offering professional valuation and marketing advice to all properties within the LA1-LA7 postcode sectors.
Amy spent her childhood in the local area, moved away to complete her business degree, returning to raise a family in the beautiful Lancaster and Morecambe area. She has worked in sales and education for most of her professional career.
What she loves about being a viewer for Houseclub is that every property is perfect for someone, and that everybody has a different story. She enjoys reading, baking, walking and spending time with her family.
David is an experienced hand having been in the property sector for over 15 years. He is a keen walker and follower of Liverpool Football Club. He resides in the beautiful village of Dolphinholme where he has been for many years.
David is our Viewer so his key responsibility is conducting viewings and providing the sales staff with accurate feedback from viewings to relay to our valued vendor clients.
Jane was born in Ulverston and has worked as a nurse but has always had a passion for property, particularly eco housing. Having moved to Lancaster a few years ago she is currently undertaking a retrofit of a soon to be lovely traditional Lancaster terraced house. While studying for a science degree with Open University in her spare time, being a viewer with Houseclub is a perfect match for Jane's interests, helping clients find their perfect property.
Leanne was co-founder of Houseclub in 2015 and assists with administration, branding and the smooth running of business operations. Leanne is a keen walker and is passionate about the presentation of our brand.
She graduated from the University of Cumbria in 2001 and also runs her own successful podiatry business.
Mollie has been with us since 2020 starting hopefully a long career in the property industry, having spent her previous years in customer service and administrative roles. She's also a law graduate, a degree which she was studying part-time over the past few years, even whilst travelling in New Zealand for 6 months!
Outside of work, she spends her time at the gym, out walking, enjoying a lovely meal, and having a few cocktails with her friends and family around the local area. Mollie is a highly skilled sales negotiator who'll handle front end enquiries, taking control of the clients journey from finding a property to exchanging contracts and ultimately getting the keys.
Sarah has been with us since 2019, following a successful five years in the rental sector. Sarah loves the outdoors and spends her weekends mountain biking, mountain boarding, paddle boarding and hiking. In her downtime she enjoys playing the piano, reading and movies.
Sarah's role as our Senior Negotiator involves generating leads and viewings, offering practical advice and feedback to our vendor clients as well as negotiating and progressing sales.
