Rubys Foundation is a christian charitable organisation offering high quality support to all women irrespective of race or ethnic background. Its mission is to empower, encourage, support and assist women to develop values and skills that will enable them to integrate and enjoy being a part of the mainstream life of the community... We deliver a range of support which provides a safety net for women to increase confidence, improve on basic life skills, tackle old and new challenges and provide the opportunity to get involve in the life of the community thus helping them and their families to break cycles of exclusion and poverty. We encourage team spirit, team work and an element of competition where women are able to develop skills in communication, negotiation and capabilities... At Rubys we offer an excellent opportunity of a fresh start and a golden opportunity to focus on achievable goals which were unachieveable in previous years for various reasons.
