Gary D. Harmon

Mr. Gary Harmon is a senior executive specializing in strategy, process/policy optimization, business development, and technology innovation. Gary joined ASG in August of 2023 as the Vice President, DoD & DHS with oversight of all programs within DoD, DHS, and other synergetic programs.  Prior to ASG, Gary served in multiple executive leadership roles designing and executing high-impact strategic initiatives and programs that drove revenue growth and penetration into competitive markets. His 30+ career includes founding, growing and successful acquisition of multiple companies. Other roles included strategic global oversight and guidance of company branding, Go-To-Market activity, and strategic direction while mentoring future leaders to achieve scaled growth. Gary is pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Homeland Security and has earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Engineering and Technology Management in 2017. Additionally, he obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance in 2015. Gary also serves as an Executive Board member for a non-profit and an Advisory Board member for a systems integration company. Gary also holds multiple certifications that focus on leadership programs and engineering technology. Gary is also a decorated veteran having served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1989 to 1997. Larry Janeshek

Lisa Carr

Lisa Carr directs the activities of and provides operational and management oversight for ASG's Support Services functions. She is responsible for the efficiency and responsiveness of her team to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement in ASG processes to serve the needs of internal and external clients.  She provides subject matter expertise in Human Resources matters and Corporate Administration. Mrs. Carr brings over 25 years of experience in various Human Resources functions to include: Employee Relations, Benefits, Recruiting/Staffing, Compensation, and Process Improvement.  She has over 15 of years managing various administration functions to include: facilities, IT Support, Payroll and Contracts and Accounting. Prior to joining ASG, Ms. Carr was the Director of Support Services for Capstone Corporation, a mid-size international DoD contractor and Manager, Government Operations Administrative Services for a leading healthcare information systems provider. Lisa Carr is ASG's Support Services director with 25+ years of HR expertise. She oversees operations and specializes in Employee Relations, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and Process Improvement. She also manages facilities, IT support, payroll, and contracts.

Mandeep Singh - COO, CTO

Mandeep Singh serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of A Square Group, is an ITIL professional and a certified CIO from GSA CIO University. Mr. Singh has a rich track record advising, guiding, and leading many large national and multinational organizations towards more modern and efficient business and technical environments. Mr. Singh has spent the majority of his professional career in senior leadership roles both in the private and public sectors, health care, and civilian organizations providing strategic, technical, and operational leadership. He has worked closely with and advised Government Executives, Board of Directors, and Executive Management Teams to institute goals, strategies, plans and policies in growing a business to be self-supporting and sustainable. With a proven track-record of successfully managing multiple large innovative IT programs, Mr. Singh directs experienced personnel to provide superior services while improving customer relationships and financial performance. The focus of Mr. Singh's career is where IT and healthcare meet, to improve the quality of care and the transparency in delivery of services. He has successfully directed several health initiatives at Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Defense Health Agency (DHA) and Health and Human Services (HHS) Operational Divisions (OpDivs), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Indians Heath Services (IHS) and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) successfully delivering on large organization goals. Mr. Armel Otoglo - CFO

Mr. Geoffrey Xiao

Geoffrey Xiao oversees systems architectures for Ai/ML-based SaaS solutions and MLaaS on the cloud. He is responsible for co-developing the technical strategy with the CTO, and for developing and maintaining a technical roadmap that continues to innovate from a technical standpoint. Mr. Xiao supports client modernization projects in the areas of platform engineering and DevOps. Prior to joining ASG, Geoffrey was Senior VP of Software Engineering, managing the Engineering organization and responsible for developing and deploying AI/ML-based SaaS products. Geoffrey was Chief Technology Operation Officer of Hoyos Labs (Veridium), managing the development of biometrics-based multi-factor authentication solution for enterprise customers. Geoffrey has an MBA and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science. Mr. Geoffrey Xiao is a seasoned leader in AI/ML-based SaaS solutions and MLaaS architectures. He co-develops technical strategies, maintains an innovative roadmap, and supports client modernization projects. With a background in software engineering and AI/ML-based products, Geoffrey holds an MBA and a Master of Computer Science.

Mr. Jeff Turner

Prior to his role at ASG, Jeff spent the last 14+ years at Northrop Grumman delivering programs for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) working as a Project Manager, Program Manager and ultimately the Department Director overseeing as much as $100M in annual revenue. Jeff holds an MBA and BS from the University of Maryland at College Park as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Program Management Institute (PMI). Mr. Jeff Turner is a seasoned Business Executive overseeing Federal contracts in Enterprise Architecture, IT, Program Management, and Partner Relations. With 25+ years of experience, he delivers full life-cycle IT solutions and manages programs for prestigious agencies. Formerly at Northrop Grumman, Jeff held multiple leadership roles.
