Amanda takes pride in being one of the original members of ARU. She has helped the company grow from its very first policy by finding creative solutions in a tough insurance niche. Through assisting our brokers and mutual customers, she has enjoyed reconnecting with her agricultural roots; her family owned and operated a poultry farm in southeast Texas. Amanda is fiercely family focused and spends every minute she can laughing and learning with them.
Jessica has over 15 years insurance experience spanning sales, claims, and underwriting. She joined ARU in 2019 and enjoys the challenge that hard to place agriculture risks bring. When not at work, Jessica appreciates spending time with her family doing activities such as camping and fishing.
Taylor has over 20 years of finance and operations experience in multiple industries after earning a MS in Accounting from Wake Forest. He began working with ARU in 2018 and has enjoyed being a key member of our growing team. Outside the office, Taylor is a family guy, decent golfer, and aspiring chef.
Will started as a farm / poultry insurance agent from 2002 - 2016. He sold hundreds of policies to farm owners across the southeast, from kitchen tables and the "mobile office." Will founded ARU in 2016 after being frustrated with volatility in the poultry confinement market. Will enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.
