The Firm was founded in 2015 by Abdullah Mohammed Al-Baker. After nearly 13 years of legal practice at Mishari Al-Ghazali law office, where he started as a trainee in 2002 until 2007 when he became member of Kuwait Bar Association. During his term at the Law Offices of Mishari Al-Ghazali, Al-Baker worked and handled all legal principles and rules governing Islamic banks and corporations, in line with the latest banking and commercial development, such as Islamic investments agency agreements, mark-up (Murabaha), speculation, debts purchase (Tawarruq), for the largest Islamic financing companies, including but not limited to, Kuwait Finance House, Investment Dar, A'ayan Leasing Company. Also that lead to work with many investment companies such as the International Investor, Wafra Investment Company, Gulf Bank, Burgan Bank, Al Ahli Bank, and recently BNP Paribas (National Bank of Paris), which is the first foreign bank licensed to operate through a branch in the State of Kuwait.
