Alana E. Dixon graduated with a bachelor's degree in business communications from Stevenson University and went on to work for The Baltimore Sun Media Group. Home design and lifestyle gradually drew her into the magazine division, where she gained a love and appreciation for interior decor with editorials such as Chesapeake Home & Living. Eventually moving on to pursue the launch of an online home decor and antiques boutique, she enjoyed working with One Kings Lane for some time before she was led to employment with Antique Exchange Interiors. With the aforementioned background, Alana continues to embrace the history and architecture of Baltimore as well as all it has to offer its residents, and enjoys her current position in real estate with The Mullican Group of Cummings & Co.
She and her husband, Zachary, reside in Homeland with their daughter, Cecily, and attend Cathedral of Mary Our Queen. They are also members of the Elkridge Harford Hunt Club in Monkton. In her spare time, Alana serves on the Homeland Board, sits on the Homeland Architectural Committee, and is a member of the Homeland Garden Club. Alana volunteers at Ladew Topiary Gardens, supports the Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease Foundation and The Maryland Historical Society, and actively enjoys genealogy and barre fitness. While much of her business is in Homeland, Guilford, and Roland Park, it also extends to Ruxton and hunt country of Baltimore and Harford County.
Alexander is a Baltimore native who began his Residential Real Estate career in 2011 upon graduating from West Virginia University. ‘Xander', as he is known, quickly realized a passion for the Residential Investment side of the business. He worked from the onset with Craig Reich and Brock Reich in developing CR of Maryland into one of the premier Residential Real Estate Companies in Baltimore that now owns and manages over 320 single family rental properties. Over the years, Xander has worn numerous hats and helped oversee each facet of the company through various stages of growth. Today he is the Turnkey Director, working closely with our other Department Managers and directly with our clients. As a team they ensure that successful relationships are built, top notch service and high-quality product is delivered, and excellent Property Management is the standard. Outside of the office, he resides in Downtown Baltimore with his girlfriend and dog, is an avid Baltimore sports fan and car fanatic.

I have been a licensed agent for 4 years and I really enjoy meeting with people to help them buy and sell homes. When I am out of the office I love being with my family, I have 2 boys 10 years apart we love to travel and have fun.

Before selling real estate, Allison founded (and then sold) the well-known Baltimore art gallery Paper-Rock-Scissors in Hamden. She also holds a degree in Interior Design and had her own design firm for over 15 years. This combination of unique artistic talent and sales ability has proven to enhance her performance selling real estate.

Dave Cummings founded Cummings & Co. Realtors and currently serves as broker for the company. He singlehandedly founded the company in 2006 and has held every position since its inception, including broker, accountant, agent, contract review, and cleaning crew.
