Kim is an experienced change management and program director with close to 20 years' management consulting experience in Australia, South Africa, the US and Europe. Her consulting skills cover large scale transformation projects and programs with a focus on change management, project management, program governance, risk and business process improvement. Kim's approach to complex stakeholder engagement is one of her key strengths. With practical business knowledge and a strong strategic focus he has successfully partnered with multiple clients across oil and gas, mining, financial services, engineering and government sectors. Mick holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Western Australia.
Morgan is an experienced professional with over 25 years' experience primarily in the resources sector. She brings an adaptable and collaborative approach to each project, supporting leaders to implement practical and sustainable solutions. Morgan has a unique combination of skills, ranging from group facilitation, change management, leadership coaching, organisational transformation, project management, team management, operations planning, human resources and business planning. Morgan holds Bachelor and Graduate degrees in Business and Human Resources Management from Edith Cowan and Curtin Universities.
Tobias is a change management and project delivery practitioner with over 15 years' experience delivering technology, transformation and improvement projects for large, multi-disciplined corporations across Australia. His expertise lies in engaging employees, executive leadership and other important stakeholders through complex and disruptive change, using thoughtful strategies to guide behaviour and support business outcomes.
