Anthony L. Ivone

Anthony is the head of personal injury at Costa Ivone. Anthony has successfully resolved hundreds of personal injury cases including numerous seven figure cases and 60+ six figure cases. In 2022, Anthony recovered $2,750,000.00 for a client in a confidential settlement. Anthony has successfully litigated cases involving all types of work-related injuries and complex, catastrophic third-party personal injury/work injury cross-over cases. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Anthony now calls Chicago home after attending Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Anthony's Detroit roots brings a unique perspective to his practice that provides diverse, worker-focused clientele an added level of understanding following a serious injury. Claudia Palacios Armstrong

Claudia Palacios Armstrong is a dedicated attorney at Costa Ivone, LLC, who advocates for injured employees before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Claudia leverages her language proficiency to establish meaningful connections with her clients and deliver highly effective legal representation. In 2023, Claudia earned her law degree from the University of Kansas - School of Law. During her time at law school, she demonstrated exceptional leadership skills as the President of the Hispanic American Law Student Association. In this role, she actively promoted diversity within the legal profession and engaged with her peers to foster a more inclusive and equitable legal community. Notably, Claudia is licensed to practice law in Lima, Peru, adding a global perspective to her legal expertise. Prior to relocating to the United States in 2021, she served as an employment litigation associate. Dalia Martinez

Dalia holds the position of Operations Manager and is responsible for keeping the firm on track with its organizational strategy and identifying potential areas of improvement. Additionally, as the firm's Human Resources representative, Dalia serves as the liaison between management and works tirelessly to create policies that contribute to the firm's positive work culture. With a bachelor's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a decade of experience in the area of Human Resources and Management, Dalia has developed a keen eye for improving organizational infrastructure. She possesses strong personal and professional judgment, which serve as invaluable skills for talent management and problem-solving. Her organizational skills and adaptability enable her to successfully multi-task between a variety of projects and thrive within any work environment. Her favorite activity is the daily conversations with her teenage boys where they explore life and current world topics. Gracie Rodriguez

Jordan R. Browen

Jordan Browen joined Costa Ivone from a prominent Chicago Plaintiff's litigation firm and has spent his entire career fighting for the rights of injured workers as well as individuals harmed by the negligence of others. As the son and grandson of electrical linemen, Jordan understands the impact an injury can have on workers who rely on their strength and health to provide for their families.

Julio A. Costa

Some notable recoveries involved complex work-injuries including paralysis, quadriplegia, serious brain and spine injuries, and work-related death cases. He has argued cases before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commision, Circuit Courts and the Illinois Appellate Court. A native Spanish speaker, Julio was born in Lima, Peru, and raised in Chicago's Humboldt Park area. He brings a unique perspective to his practice that provides diverse clientele an added level of understanding following a serious injury. Karolina M. Kuczmanski

Karolina M. Kuczmanski joined Costa Ivone, LLC in 2017. Prior to joining Costa Ivone, LLC, Karolina focused her practice on criminal defense, where she gained valuable trial experience advocating for clients in the misdemeanor and felony criminal divisions. At Costa Ivone, LLC, Karolina's practice is focused on personal injury litigation and representing victims of trucking accidents, rideshare accidents, automobile collisions, dog bites, and workplace injuries. In her time as a Plaintiff's attorney, she has successfully represented clients and argued cases before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, the Illinois Circuit Courts, the Illinois Appellate Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Karolina is involved in the legal community. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. A native Polish speaker, Karolina was born in Wroclaw, Poland and grew up in Chicago.
