Led by president David Weiss, Design Tech Builders bas been delighting homeowners since 1977. David, born and raised in Maryland, offers hands on industry experience in construction and development, having developed planned communities in single family detached and attached homes and office parks. He is active in the Maryland National Capital Building Association, having served on the Executive Committee for over 10 years, and is a Life Director of the Association. Vice President Edward Godin, a civil engineer, has worked alongside David for 30 years, and is onsite on a daily basis.
