Galveston Wood Windows is an extension of Charon Restoration Company who have been restoring structures in the Historic East End neighborhood of Galveston Island, Texas since 1991. In our years of restoration experience there has been a lack of local providers of quality made, historically correct wood windows, sashes and moldings. Seeing a need for these services, Galveston Wood Windows was started to contribute toward the efforts of all those who love and care for Galveston's historic treasures. Galveston is a jewel, rich in history. Our vision is to help beautify Galveston through excellence in restoration for the preservation of our beloved historic homes and buildings... Galveston Wood Windows offers made-to-order, historically authentic, window sashes and frames. Our sashes are old-style new wood construction and faithful reproductions for the architectural period of many of Galveston's historic houses (circa 1839 to 1935).
