I've been in practice since 2002. I have a general practice covering criminal defence; tort and personal injury; general common law (contracts; property; employment); probate (wills; powers of attorney); and equity (injunctions; specific performance). My practice is mainly in courtroom litigation but I also do negotiations, arbitrations and mediations... Alongside my practice I teach courtroom advocacy techniques to other lawyers, and also (try) to spread the word about the benefits of technology. I run a paperless practice and also incorporate some automation
