In 1988, Inmark Enterprises, Elkhart Indiana, and General Manufacturing, Bluffton, Indiana, developed a partnership. The goal was to provide heavy duty, fluorescent lighting for Industrial Applications to replace the hot, fragile incandescent lights that were common on the shop-room floor at the time. That partnership resulted in the DUR-A-LITE Fluorescent Industrial Machine and Work Area Light... Throughout the following years, a number of new models and configurations were added including LED lights that are built with the same attention to detail as the fluorescent lights had been for almost 30 years...
