Sasha is an experienced facilitator, presenter and coach and has worked for over twenty years in business and education, in both the private and public sectors, designing and delivering programs, and coaching individuals in a range of different areas such as managing transition, building resilience, magnifying personal impact and developing their leadership capabilities. Her clients, in the UK and abroad, include organisations as diverse as Deutsche Telecom, Mercer, PWC, Barclays, Unilever, Sainsburys, St Gobain, Sony, Engie, the NHS, the UK Civil Service, Westminster City Council, Brixton Prison, The Institute for Social Studies and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She has combined this with a career in acting and has appeared in the West End, at the Royal Shakespeare Company and on popular TV shows including Luther, Sherlock and Coronation St.
Sasha is interested in how we can allow ourselves to bring more and more of who we really are to the work place. She uses her coaching and counselling training, underpinned by her performing experience, to build physical and psychological awareness so that her clients can be more authentic and more effective. She helps clients, individuals and teams to hone in on and surface the underlying dynamics driving their behaviours and, along with skills building - emotional intelligence, assertion, innovation, strategic awareness, influencing, systems thinking - she leads them to recover their full range of expression and their unique sense of purpose. She uses a number of different approaches, including Keegan's immunity-to-change process, constellations, process work, archetypal coaching and visualisation, but also believes that sometimes we just need a space where someone will listen, with empathy and without judgement, so we can step back, shift perspective and replot the way forward.
Sasha has lived in South London her entire life, but has been delighted that her work allows her to travel extensively. She is of mixed heritage with roots that span the UK, South America, India, Spain and Turkey. Not surprisingly, she is really interested in how we communicate across cultural divides, manage conflict and create a strong sense of identity in the face of increasing globalisation.
Sasha has two daughters, a dog and a cat - and is coming to terms with the fact that she is most well known for having blown up Coronation St (as a character on a popular soap!).
