Beth works across a range of clients to support the wider delivery of public affairs and communications strategies. She also supports on the delivery of client events to enhance stakeholder engagement. Before joining iNHouse, Beth worked for a strategic polling organisation, managing research projects and engagement with prospective clients. She has previously interned at the Home Office department of strategic communications, and holds a degree in politics from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Politics and Communication from the London School of Economics.

Chris Rogers

Chris leads iNHouse's reputation management work and has more than 15 years' experience in developing and executing strategies that support clients' business objectives, raise their profile amongst political stakeholders and deliver national media coverage. He joined iNHouse having worked for a leading City PR agency and a respected public affairs consultancy, where he founded and established its media relations, reputation management and crisis communications practices - developing and leading high profile campaigns, including on public health and for Armed Forced veterans. Chris has advised clients including Openreach, Northumbria University and the Scotch Whisky Association. He has sat on PR industry think tanks and appeared on Good Morning Britain, CNBC Europe, LBC Radio and Talk Radio to provide political analysis.

Ed Jankowski

Ed leads iNHouse's digital content development and execution, and is responsible for developing and implementing online and social media strategies that raise clients' profiles and those of their campaigns - securing public support and stakeholder engagement. A former BBC radio journalist, Ed produced on-air and online content for flagship programmes including Today, the World at One and Woman's Hour before moving to political campaigning. He has worked in the House of Commons and local government; and managed the planning and execution of digital content and infrastructure for think tanks and campaigns including the Institute of Economic Affairs, Free Speech Union and Rory Stewart's London Mayoral campaign.

Henry Dobson

Henry joined iNHouse from the British Army, having served on operations in the UK and abroad in a predictive intelligence role working at both the strategic and tactical level. Prior to this, he was the public affairs lead for one of the top four UK construction products companies, where he developed and delivered political engagement on behalf of the senior leadership team. Henry has previously worked in the House of Commons for a Conservative MP and former junior minister managing constituency issues, policy enquiries and local media. Before working in Parliament, he had graduated from the TeachFirst Leadership Development programme and was the Head of Humanities at a Secondary Academy in West London.

Jonathan Millman

Jonathan joined iNHouse Communications from the world's number one business and financial news network, CNBC International, where he was responsible for both internal and external communications. He was previously an Account Manager at an integrated communications agency where he led on flagship clients such as DHL, the Royal Veterinary College and the Behavioural Insights Team. Jonathan has first-hand political campaigning experience, having been seconded to Britain Stronger in Europe's press office during the 2016 referendum campaign. Jonathan was shortlisted for the Douglas Smith Prize for best young public affairs professional in 2016 and has a first-class history degree from the University of Birmingham.

Prior to joining iNHouse, she worked in public affairs at a trade association, delivering projects at COP26, Brussels and in The Hague. Letitia worked with global FRPS firms and focussed on European financial services workstreams and UK political engagement. Letitia has extensive political experience, working for a cabinet minister for 5 years, advising on political communications, strategic engagement, policy and managing the parliamentary office. During the 2019 General Election Letitia worked on the Prime Minister's Operations Team.

Rhys Jones

He has experience in developing and delivering corporate reputation, public affairs and political strategies across a wide range of clients including Heathrow Airport, Drax Group, Visa Europe, McDonald's and Raytheon UK. He also has a wealth of political experience, working as a Political Adviser to the Conservative Party, and leading the office in Parliament for two Conservative MPs, including a current Cabinet Minister.

Tara joined iNHouse have worked as the Senior Parliamentary Researcher for Bim Afolami MP, where she advised on media strategy and policy, and managed press and communications, including during the 2019 General Election. She graduated from the University of York with a degree in Politics and International Relations.
