Making services accessible and inclusive is important to me. In 2016 I lead an initiative at the Home Office to place inclusion high on the agenda through a series of accessibility posters I created alongside our accessibility team. These posters have been globally recognised, having been translated in over 14 languages, featured in a book published by the Smithsonian Cooper Hewitt Design museum and discussed on the Responsive Web Design podcast.
