Prior to joining Keenan Ellicott, Adriana worked at MLS Properties as VP of Operations, a privately owned and operated real estate investment, development, and management company where she oversaw operations including asset management, property management, construction management, and investor relations. She was also part of the North American Womenswear Wholesale team at Ralph Lauren. Adriana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration from Boston University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at Fordham University.

Arzoo Bhusri is a Commercial Tenant Specialist for Keenan Ellicott. Arzoo grew up in Manhasset, Long Island and has lived and worked in Manhattan, New York since 2006. Arzoo has spent her entire career, over 14 years, in the real estate industry. Arzoo began her career as an Investment Banker and Corporate Finance Executive. Following a successful career, Arzoo decided to get her MBA from Columbia University and focus on Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. After business school, Arzoo began investing in real estate throughout Manhattan and the Boroughs on behalf of a family office.

Hoda Elamir

She is very familiar with the New York City real estate market, having lived in the Upper East Side and Tribeca, and currently working in downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn. As a practicing New York attorney, Hoda combines her legal skills with her passion for real estate to give her clients the results they deserve. Hoda is the daughter of hardworking immigrants from Egypt that came to New York to fulfill the American dream. Coming from humble beginnings, she watched her father rise to prominence and become a successful physician. Her mother raised Hoda and her siblings with a sense of hard work, humility, and compassion. Today, Hoda is a highly esteemed broker and attorney that maintains excellent rapport in both the real estate and legal communities. Her genuine love for people, attention to detail, creativity, and work ethic make her the ideal real estate professional. She guides prospective tenants on analyzing location options and renegotiating existing leases. Hoda has been acknowledged for her skills in financial sales since her freshman year in college, where she was recruited by Merrill Lynch to join their Global Wealth Management Team. Hoda was awarded the Top Sales Award and was a top performer in the sales division. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Journalism from Rutgers University, where she was a National Collegiate Scholar, and has a Juris Doctorate Degree from Pace University School of Law where she was an active member of the International Law Association. Before settling in New York City, Hoda also lived across Western Europe, including Madrid and Vienna. Hoda is an active participant in the New York State Bar Association, the New York Hedge Fund Association, the Junior League of New York, the Ridgewood Tennis Club and the U.S. Sailing Club. She also mentors incoming refugees at the International Rescue Committee in New York City.

Matthew Shelly - CFO

Matthew leads and manages the finance and accounting functions for the company. He was born and raised in Texas and works out of the Dallas, Texas office. He is personable with outstanding team building and communication skills and has displayed the ability to work cross-functionally within the firm's real estate operations. His ability to self-direct, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet difficult deadlines has made him an instrumental part of the team. Matthew has his Master's of Accounting, BSBA in Accounting, and Certificate in Urban Social Analysis from Saint Louis University.

Megan Keenan

Megan is the sole owner and founder of Keenan Ellicott. She currently resides in the Upper East Side three blocks from Central Park where she is an active participant and enjoys being involved in the Harvard Club Real Estate Group, the Frick, and the Junior League of New York. Megan specializes in commercial real estate office tenant representation. Megan is valued for her exceptional client dedication, detail orientation, as well as her creative problem-solving abilities, Megan assists companies in analyzing location/relocation alternatives and renegotiating existing leases. She empowers her clients with the information they need to anticipate opportunities, seize competitive advantage, and execute the best possible real estate strategies. With patience, she identifies her customers' specific needs and tailors real estate solutions that specifically address these objectives, often identifying opportunities that others were unable to see. Prior to founding her own company, she worked at CBRE as a tenant representation specialist where she closed deals totaling more than 70 million dollars and received the Most Promising Employee Award. Megan enjoys working with a variety of American and international clients. She has represented all types of clients including a significant number of hedge fund, private equity, and law firms. Megan has been acknowledged for her superior skills in financial analysis and sales. She was recruited right out of college by by Goldman Sachs as a Rising Star. She currently holds bachelor's in finance with a minor in sales from Florida State University where she was a National Collegiate Sale Competitor and active member of the Financial Management Association. She has completed rigorous training and extensive continued education through the Harvard Law Negotiation and Leadership Program, CBRE University, Mike Lipsey Commercial Real Estate School for Professionals, and Zig Zigler sales training.

Trenton is an enthusiastic commercial tenant specialist at Keenan Ellicott whose service reflects a sharp attention to detail and a lifelong passion for all things New York City. As a law school graduate with years of experience in hospitality, customer service, and contract negotiation Trenton provides comprehensive representation and delivering carefully curated solutions to clients across a wide range of industries and disciplines. Trenton currently holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his exceptional performance in Venture Capital & Dealmaking. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Marshall University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the Golden Key Honor Society. During law school, Trenton co-founded a company to help small and local businesses navigate applicable pandemic disaster relief programs. The venture helped 15 small businesses secure approximately $350,000 in federal relief. More recently, they have shifted their focus to the loan forgiveness process. Trenton is a current resident of Chelsea but has not forgotten his roots. Being born and raised in West Virginia, Trenton has always valued strong transparent relationships which have contributed to his success. He takes pride in his ability to consistently exceed client expectations. His ambition and work ethic are heavily inspired by his parents-both of whom managed to earn multiple degrees and build successful careers, all while raising children-and his younger sister, who is a professional basketball player despite standing only five-and-a-half feet tall.
