George N. Leader

Prior to joining Leader, Leader & Zucker, Rebecca worked for two mid-sized defense firms in South Florida handling first-party and third-party property matters, including class actions, along with defending physicians, nurses, and other individuals, hospitals and other businesses in medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, premise liability, general liability, automobile accident, trucking accident and sexual assault cases. While representing various insurance carriers in the State of Florida, Rebecca handled hundreds of claims and lawsuits from inception through trial, giving her knowledge and insight into how insurance companies approach and manage claims and litigation. This experience makes her uniquely situated to successfully represent policyholders when suing their own insurance companies. Outside of work, Rebecca spends time with her family, volunteering at church and her son's school, and cheering for the Miami Dolphins. (Deceased 1926-2020) was a Bar-licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar since 1951 up until his passing in 2020.

Len Blumenthal

Len received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Brooklyn College - City University of New York in 1992. He received his Juris Doctor Degree with honors from Fordham University School of Law in 1999, where he was a member of the highly respected Federal Civil Litigation Clinic. He is licensed in the State of Florida (1999) and State of Nevada (2007) and admitted to practice before all federal jurisdictions within those states. Len possesses extensive experience as a litigator in state and federal court, across a broad spectrum of cases. His multiple areas of practice include first party insurance litigation, including: property damage; long term care; life, health and disability; and bad faith. He practices in all areas of personal injury including: professional liability (medical, accounting and property related professionals); product liability; premises liability (slip/trip and falls); auto, truck and pedestrian accidents; negligent security; and nursing home and assisted living facility resident's rights. His commercial practice includes contract disputes, litigated in arbitration and throughout the court system. In addition to his trial practice, Len also performs appellate work throughout the State of Florida. Len resides in Broward County with his wife, Robin, and their cadre of fur-monsters, Gigi, Riley and Ace, and ruled under the iron claw of their 25 pound Maine Coon, Finnegan.

Rebecca Davis

Rebecca is an insurance litigation attorney primarily focusing on insurance coverage disputes between policyholders and their insurance carriers. She also handles third party property matters between homeowners, condominium owners and associations. Rebecca was born and raised in Broward County. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in accounting and finance, from Boston University and her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. She is a member of Florida Bar and the Wisconsin Bar. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, along with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Scott R. Zucker

Scott is the proud father of three beautiful children and is supported by his wife, a therapist and Thanatologist, who is also a mean baker. Scott is a member of the Florida Bar, and has been a member of the Broward County Bar Association since 2009. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Community involvement is imperative to Scott, who has been serving on the board of the B'nai B'rith Justice Unit since 2013 and serves as an active member of his synagogue's executive board where he operates as the synagogue's parliamentarian. His community volunteer work extends to the welfare of his fellow veterans through his involvement with Mission United and Disabled Veterans of America. Scott helps clients obtain the benefits they are owed, which are often wrongfully denied or underpaid. He assists his clients in navigating the difficult and complex demands made by their insurance companies. As an insurance litigation attorney, Scott focuses his practice nearly exclusively on insurance coverage disputes. Scott was born in New York and is a graduate of Florida State University. Scott held several positions throughout his undergraduate education, including working for Colodny Fass Law in Tallahassee. After graduating from Florida State University, Scott served the country as a paratrooper in the US Army Special Operations Command, which included deployments to Iraq and Africa. After serving in the Army, Scott earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, ranking in the top five graduates in his law school class and earning an academic scholarship.
