LIFELINE SERVICES OF FOND DU LAC

Lifeline Services was established in 1988 to provide a family living experience in a residential setting for intellectually and physically disabled adults with emotional, behavioral, and/or medical complexities. All our residents are unique and have unique needs. Most require some degree of assistance with personal cares, although for some, verbal prompts to do things on their own are all that is necessary.
