Two of our directors, Tanya Kalinina and James McAdam are trained architects, with PhDs in Practice Research from RMIT University. Their experience spans strategic urban planning, major residential developments and smaller housing projects... We are architects. We are investors. We have over 20 years of international experience in the design and finance of real estate development in multiple cultures.
