Alyce Read

Alyce is a dedicated and results-driven professional with a strong background in construction project management, architecture, landscape and civil construction. Alyce has over 8 years of experience working on large value projects, with demonstrated expertise in overseeing and delivering successful construction projects, from initiation to completion. Alyce is skilled in managing budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Her proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders, has seen her excel on projects both in Adelaide and interstate.

Andrew Liersch

Andrew has worked both client side and contractor side since commencing in the construction industry in 2009. Over the years he has developed his skills as an experienced Project Manager with solid industry experience across various construction environments, delivery methodologies, project scales and budget parameters. Across multiple sectors, including aviation, commercial and industrial projects, Andrew leads project teams of architects, engineers and contractors to deliver the clients project requirements. Covering end to end project management, project feasibility assessments, design management, tendering and procurement, contract negotiation, construction delivery and cost management. Andrew's tertiary education includes a Bachelor of Management and a Bachelor of Built Environment from the University of South Australia.

Barry Forrest

Barry has held senior management positions in both the property and construction industry within the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. He has exceptional skills in project managing development projects for both public and private clients, valued up to $100m. Prior to establishing Moto Projects Pty Ltd, Barry owned and managed a boutique project management consultancy that specialised in providing professional project management and advisory, and development management services on property developments within the residential, commercial, industrial property sectors and major infrastructure projects.

Kate Rose

With over 11 years working within the construction and building industry, Kate has gained experience in both commercial and residential development as a Project Manager and Contract Administrator. Kate has project experience in design, planning, estimating and contract award; to construction, handover and close out. With the successful delivery of projects over multiple sectors ranging from commercial, education and early learning, heritage, industrial and residential within Adelaide Metro and Regional South Australia.

Lorne McClurg

With more than 20 years project management experience, Lorne has held executive positions within the independent project management sector, including for a large publicly listed multinational organisation and smaller boutique firms. Lorne joined forces with Barry Forrest and Davide Piantadosi to form Moto Projects Pty Ltd; a boutique independent project advisory and management consultancy. Lorne has considerable experience in design and program management, tendering, contract superintendence & administration, tenancy coordination, risk and value management, and stakeholder representation and management, as well as team facilitation and mentoring. Further to this Lorne has experience delivering education, training and team building projects in local, regional and remote locations.
