Dennis L. Johnson has been selling Summit County Real Estate since 1979. After serving in the Aurora Police Department Dennis arrived in Breckenridge in 1977 to be the Assistant Chief of Police until late 1979. After retiring from the Breckenridge Police department Dennis made a name for himself as one of the most experienced REALTORS. He is a past president of Summit Association of Realtors and Colorado Association of Realtors. He has also been recognized as Realtor of the Year at both the state and local level. He has also served over 10 years with the National Association of Realtors as the Director for Colorado, chairman of NAR research committee, resort specialist committee and the economic issues and trends residential forum. With all of his experience Dennis will help YOU find just the right property or if you're looking to sell Dennis knows just how to use marketing for all types of properties to find the buyer for your property. In Dennis's personal life he is currently serving as Assisting Minister & is a past Lay Minister at the Evergreen Lutheran Church and has been a member of the Summit Rotary Club since 1980. His wife, Okie, is also a REALTOR in Metro Denver, he has two sons, a step-daughter and four wonderful grandkids! Dennis is an avid golfer and walker. Luke Paffrath is a Summit County native and was raised by one of the leading Real Estate brokers in the county, Jeff Paffrath, and is now a 2nd generation broker at Paffrath and Thomas. After graduating from Colorado Christian University with a degree in Business Management Luke started working for the family business in 2002. He has been following in his father's footsteps as one of the top producer's in Summit County ever since. Luke was born and raised in Breckenridge, and he has extensive knowledge of the area and loves everything outdoors from hunting and fishing to skiing and hiking. He and his wife are raising two captivating sons in this wonderful town, lending to his knowledge of Breckenridge and the surrounding areas.
Spencer Thomas was born and raised in Breckenridge and has nearly 10 years of real estate experience. His extensive knowledge of the Breckenridge area and deep understanding of water rights, conservation easements, excavation, and building allows Spencer to be your best asset when it comes to buying and selling. Spencer works closely with his father, Mark, and brother, Cody, at Paffrath & Thomas's prime location on Main Street, Breckenridge. Spencer is also an active member of the Summit MLS Board serving previously as a Director, President, and now as Past President. He received the Realtor of the Year award in 2020 which exemplifies his involvement and hard work serving the Summit Association of Realtors and the community. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys many of the activities that our mountain towns have to offer. Spencer loves sharing his enthusiasm for the place he lives with those around him.
