We support individuals with disabilities to create plans for self-determination, choosing how they want to live their lives and participate in their communities... We support schools to assist teachers and staff with applying practices that assure students with disabilities can learn side-by-side with their peers... We support agencies to provide person-centered services to individuals with diverse abilities, building capacities and community relationships in their natural settings.
