Jung Hoon Lee is a partner of SEJONG LLP. Mr. Lee graduated from Yonsei University with B.A. degree in English literature. He received MBA degree in accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College, CUNY. Before forming SEJONG LLP, he had his own practice for seven years.
He worked for KPMG LLP as audit manager and tax reviewer before starting his own practice. He started his career at Tabb & Co., PC which specialized middle market clients and high net worth clients.
He has been successfully helping fast growing clients with integrated audit and tax services.

Mr. Jung Soo Kim has twenty years of experiences in public accounting and private corporate accounting and finance fields.
He started his career at PWC Korea, auditing from large to start up companies in various industries.
Mr. Kim graduated from the Korea University majored in business administration and received his MBA from Lubin business school of Pace University.
He is licensed in New Jersey State and a member of AICPA and NJCPA.

Mr. Hoe Don Jung is a partner of SEJONG LLP, Certified Public Accountants. He joined Sejong LLP with more than 14 years of experience at KPMG LLP.
Mr. Jung has extensive experience with a wide range of complex tax matters related to domestic corporations as well as US based foreign corporations. He has advised on various corporate structuring matters to achieve the most efficient tax structure. He also represented numerous clients and successfully defended audits against tax authorities including Internal Revenue Service and various states. He also had experiences in financial statement audits for U.S. based corporations for several years.
He graduated from Seoul National University with B.B.A. and received M.B.A. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is licensed in New York and New Jersey and a member of AICPA and NJ Society of CPA.
Mr. Seongwook Pang is a partner of SEJONG LLP, Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with Cum Laude majoring in accounting and received MBA from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
He was a senior manager at KPMG LLP and started his career at KPMG San Tong in Korea.
Mr. Pang has over 30 years of experiences in financial audits for multinational financial institutions, trading, telecommunication, and start-up venture companies. In addition, he has helped foreign and US companies which have intention to list stock in US capital market. Besides the traditional financial audit, he has experiences in due diligences for inbound and outbound merger and acquisition and business valuation.
He is licensed in New York and New Jersey and a member of AICPA.
