Aliasgar joined SHM in the year 2008 as Operations Manager of Homa Engineering Works, SHM's ship repair division. He currently oversees multiple functions such as ONGC Lifeboat projects, ship repairs, FRP boat building and chartering of SHM's patrol boats.
After completing his B.Tech in Marine Engineering from BITS Pilani, he joined the Shell Trading Corporation as fourth engineer. Inspired by our Chairman's drive and vision for the group, he chose to leave sailing profession and instead focus on developing the group's ship repair and FRP boat building activities.
During his tenure with the group he has single handedly nurtured and developed long-term business relationships with the defense sector, namely the Indian Navy, Coast Guard, and Paramilitary forces.
With his inimitable style of leadership and unerring focus on perfection, he has helped SHM strengthen its ship repair and boat building capabilities that parallel international standards.

Dasharath joined SHM Group in 2008 as Production Manager, and since then has made significant changes in areas such as fabrication, design, innovation and quality management.
Prior to SHM he has worked with some of the biggest yacht and boat manufacturing companies in the Middle East for over a span of 15 years. During his career he has held several senior positions in technical leadership, and was responsible for the manufacturing and production of the biggest yacht in Gulf Craft Inc.

Krishnan joined SHM in 2009, with the challenge of establishing the Group's entire business unit in Kochi. Under his leadership he not only strengthened our business in Kochi but also expanded operations in Mangalore and Sri Lanka. He currently spearheads multiple business operations and development for the group and has also been appointed as SHM's Principal Engineer.
Prior to SHM, he has worked with one of the biggest offshore and marine companies in the Middle East for a span of 18 years and therefore, has harnessed strong commercial and technical prowess over the years. A technocrat at heart, he enjoys working in the field and leading his team from the front.
Known throughout the company for exemplary management skills, he is an articulate speaker and loves to play cricket.

Mohammed joined SHM in the year 2014 as Manager for the Group's Singapore operations. After a year's stint in Singapore and Malaysia, he is now based in Dubai as Vice President, Product Development, International Business, and Human Resources.
Driven by his fascination for technology, he developed a keen interest in the family run business at an early age, and interned in various positions at SHM during his college years.
While pursuing a degree in business administration at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he was one of the fifteen students chosen for the GLOBE International Business program and was awarded the James K. McLean scholarship for excellence in academics.
After finishing his management degree and having worked with companies such as KPMG, Stanley Black and Decker, he joined SHM as one of the youngest leaders empowered by his goal to transform SHM, a traditional family business, into a professional run global company.
Known throughout the company for his hands on management style, he constantly endeavours to introduce new management practices whilst emphasizing the importance of timely professional training for team members across all departments.
In his free time he enjoys reading mythology and listening to house music.

After completing his B.Tech Engineering degree from IIT Mumbai, Mr. Saifuddin Hajee established SHM Shipcare in the year 2001 with a vision to save lives through timely delivery of quality marine safety and survival systems.

Ambitious and dynamic as a professional, Chacko's career began when he joined SHM Kolkata as a fresh commerce graduate in the year 1987.
Through sheer determination and enthusiasm he rose up the ladder and now, with over 28 years of experience, he serves as Sr. Vice President, leading the group's presence in Singapore, Malaysia and other Southeast Asian markets.
Throughout his career with SHM, he has worked multi-faceted roles in strategy, team training, and operations. Establishing and profitably managing SHM's Kolkata branch for more than a decade has been his most notable achievement. Trained and certified by several of our principals, Chacko is a hands-on leader who specializes in product innovation and new business development.
He is a voracious reader with an extraordinary love for knowledge, and constantly strives to keep abreast of global news and legislations in the marine and offshore sector.

Taher has been associated with SHM since its inception, and has served the company in various capacities such as sales, marketing and operations. As Sr. Vice President, he leads SHM's Product Development, Marketing Strategies, and Sales Plans.
Being a fast learner that he is, he started taking keen interest in the family business while he was still in college and effortlessly learnt the ropes of the business under the careful guidance of our chairman.
With over 14 years of professional experience in industry, Taher has excellent knowledge of the market's pulse and has been highly instrumental in helping SHM expand its business in India, during the early years, and now at various ports abroad.
A Cricket and Table Tennis player, Taher is known as the most determined and approachable person at SHM.

Known fondly as the Tech Wizard throughout the group, Uday is a technical consultant at SHM and is responsible for the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of specialized inflatables such as Rescue boats, Life rafts, Lifejackets, etc. for the defence, marine and the aviation sectors.
A B.Sc in Chemistry and with a penchant for innovation, he has been widely credited for bringing in constant technological sophistication in our various products. The inflatables designed and manufactured by him are MED/EC certified and are purchased by companies both in India and abroad.
In his career spanning 35 years, he has invented more than 50 different kinds of specialized products. He has been highly instrumental in the growth and transformation of the inflatable life raft and boat business of SHM. One of his most distinguished achievements is the design and production of the Gemini Craft, a unique boat built in accordance to stringent Indian Navy specifications.
Prior to joining us in 2001, Uday was Deputy General Manager, of Swastic Rubber Products Ltd. at Pune.
