Stanley is an attorney and mediator who helps clients resolve disputes consensually in the areas of divorce, parenting, guardianship, elder law, employment, and commercial matters... Stanley has served as faculty for the Collaborative law Institute of Illinois' Basic Training for three years. He trains attorneys and other professionals in the art of mediation privately and through DePaul University, Northwestern University School of Law, and several independent training programs. He earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law... We specialize in forms of dispute resolution that offer alternatives to adversarial litigation. We believe in reducing conflict, especially in situations that necessitate ongoing relationships, such as between parents, business partners, and families in transition.
