Frank is a founding member of Sterling Security Solutions Ltd. Frank brings extensive knowledge and skills to Sterling from his 28 years of experience in law enforcement and security.
Frank began his law enforcement career with Merseyside Police in 1987. He relocated to the Cayman Islands in 1992 and joined the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service.
In 2003 Frank left the Police Service to join a local security company as the Operations Manager. He developed and grew that business and was appointed the Chief Operating Officer having overall responsibility for in excess of 250 staff, a position he remained in before establishing Sterling Security Solutions Ltd.
