Frederick Love - Chief Legal Officer, President
Bringing over 20 years of experience in the structured settlement asset class, Mr. Love uses his expertise to implement and maintain best practices and to ensure compliance with the federal and state guidelines that govern the origination process. Mr. Love has served as General Counsel and held leadership positions at several industry participants including Peachtree Settlement Funding and Freedom Financial Solutions. Additionally, Mr. Love presently serves as President of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers and is deeply involved in industry oversight. Prior to his emergence as an industry legal expert, Mr. Love worked in the litigation department at Jones Day, an international law firm, as well as other small and medium sized firms. Mr. Love received his undergraduate degree from Boston University and his JD/MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Ms. Arizpe joined SuttonPark in 2015 following the acquisition of Singer Asset Finance. She began working at Singer Asset Finance in 1997 as a Contract Processor and was promoted to Supervisor of Contract Processing. Prior to joining Singer, Ms. Arizpe was a Teller Supervisor for a Bank. Ms. Arizpe is currently the Funding Manager for SuttonPark Capital.

Ms. Chung joined SuttonPark in 2015 following the acquisition of Singer Asset Finance. Ms. Chung is the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for Supervising both the Funding and Underwriting Department. Ms. Chung began working at Singer in 1997 and held similar financial responsibilities at her prior employer, Centerbank Mortgage Company. Ms. Chung has over 17 years of banking and mortgage servicing experience, including investor reporting for the servicing of GNMA, FHLMC and FNMA mortgage portfolios.
Percy S. Forde, Jr. has been in the Structured Settlement Industry for over 23 years in a variety of positions including Underwriting Manager, Paralegal Manager and Servicing Manager. He has been a Servicing Manager for SuttonPark since 2016. Prior to the Structured Settlement Industry, he was a Manager with General Electric Capital.

Steve J. Pasko joined SuttonPark Capital in 2017. Prior to joining SuttonPark Capital, he held Managing Director and Portfolio Manager positions at Andor Capital Management and Canvas Capital Management, L.P. (a subsidiary of S.A.C. Capital Advisors) where he was responsible for all equity investments in the Software, Internet & Media sectors. Mr. Pasko also held financial analyst and operations analyst positions at Amerindo Investment Advisors and Askin Capital Management. He has a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
Drawing on 30 years of financial services experience, Mr. Pasko is a founding member of SuttonPark Capital in 2010 and serves as Chief Executive Officer Mr. Pasko has more than 40 years of financial services experience in the investment banking, insurance and specialty finance industries with expertise in securitizations, equity and debt placements and mergers and acquisitions. He has held Managing Director positions at Natixis Capital Markets and Bankers Trust (now part of Deutsche Bank) where he was responsible for asset securitizations and interest rate products. Mr. Pasko graduated from Rutgers College with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and received his MBA from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania.
