Ammon S. Adams - Chief Investment Officer

Ammon brings nearly 25 years of corporate finance and investing experience, including capital deployment as an industry generalist using every type of debt and equity instrument. Ammon works closely with the Chief Financial Officer to guide Lakeside's investment strategy and policies, including oversight of the investment portfolio, risk management, and asset allocation. His previous investing experience includes Cerberus Capital Management, LP where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, portfolio management, and investment exists for a broad range of special situation investments. He has also worked at leading investment and commercial banks making proprietary investments, and advising on mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged finance transactions. He holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Microeconomics from Bentley College, where he graduated first in his class.

Angie Rothrock

Angie has been part of the Lakeside team for over 18 years, where she manages a wide range of new ventures. She currently serves as the Sales Manager for Architerra and oversees Lakeside's commercial real estate properties in Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls and Pullman, as well as Zi Spa in Coeur d'Alene. Her diverse project portfolio includes spearheading successful virtual education programs, online store development, e-learning, and a medical office startup. She is also an active liaison to numerous philanthropic efforts via Lakeside Cares and serves on the Project Beauty Share Board. Angie graduated with honors from Washington State University, earning her BA in Communications.

Brandon S. Collins

Brandon is Certified Manager of Community Associations credential (CMCA) from the Community Association Manager International Certification Board as well as the Association Management Specialist credential (AMS) from the Community Associations Institute. He is currently in the process of obtaining the highest possible credential in the industry, the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). He also holds a BA in business from California State University.

Carson Reed

Carson is responsible for the daily management of accounting for all Lakeside entities. This includes managing processes like month-end and accounts payable and receivable. He is a graduate of Gonzaga University with a B.A. in Finance and Marketing.

Claudia Hersey

Claudia Hersey is Lakeside Companies Executive Administrator. Claudia has over 40 years of administrative experience supporting executive management teams in corporate finance, tax, treasury, internal audit, external reporting, internal reporting, and investor relations. She holds an AA in English from Bellevue Community College.

David Leach

David Leach leads business development and commercial activities for ATC Manufacturing. He has over 30 years' experience in polymers, composites, and adhesives, in particular thermoplastic composites for aerospace and high-performance applications. His experience includes materials and process research, applications development, operations, new product introduction and business development. His professional experience includes roles at Henkel and Cytec (now Solvay) prior to ATC Manufacturing. David is a recognized expert in composite materials and has authored three book chapters and over 40 technical papers. He is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining and is a Chartered Physicist.

David Weeks - COO, President

David Weeks has 20 years of military and intelligence service experience in building and leading operations on a global scale and managing mission-driven teams on behalf of U.S. national security. At Lakeside, he manages and enhances both internal and external operations and communications across the portfolio, with a focus on streamlining efficiency and delivering cross-entity value. He began his career as an enlisted U.S. Navy SEAL and progressed to Paramilitary Operations Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency and held several senior leadership positions at CIA headquarters in the Directorate of Operations Special Activities Center SAC. David has a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently enrolled in an executive leadership program at Wharton | University of Pennsylvania.

Gabe Gallinger

Gabe Gallinger brings over 20 years of experience residential, commercial, and municipal engineering to the Lakeside Companies team. He is responsible for managing all aspects of our residential and commercial developments including platting, design, budgets, and construction management. Gabe works closely with local municipalities, consultants, and contractors to ensure our projects are successful. Previously, Gallinger worked with the City of Spokane Valley as the Development Services Manager. As the direct supervisor for the Planning and Development Engineering Divisions he was responsible for overseeing all commercial and residential land development applications within the City and was committed to providing excellent customer service. Gabe holds a Professional Engineering license in Washington and Idaho and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University.

Jacob Bonwell - CEO

Jacob's focus is on continually improving operations by implementing robust processes, eliminating inefficiencies in existing processes, and strengthening operational outcomes against key performance indicators. He brings an extensive background in capital improvement, process control, and operations management to the Lakeside Companies diverse portfolio. He provides this strategic operational oversight across all Lakeside entities. With many years working in the aerospace and lumber sectors, Jacob accrued the knowledge and skillset to implement proper initiatives to drive enterprise-wide successes. He has a personal belief that companies who shift their mindset to a more data-driven approach will see greater successes in a shorter amount of time. Jacob graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He also holds a PMPĀ® certificate from the Project Management Institute along with a Credential of Readiness Certificate from Harvard Business School.

Jason Merrifield

Jason is the Business Development Manager at ATC Manufacturing, a thermoplastic composites manufacturer in the Lakeside Companies portfolio. Jason brings 13 years of aerospace and automotive industry experience in composites, qualifications, auditing, and project management. His experience working at Boeing and extensive knowledge of composite manufacturing processes have been key to new product introduction, quoting, and proposal writing. His responsibilities include developing cost and technical information to support bid packages, coordinating quotes, setting part pricing, and helping the organization develop qualified opportunities. Jason graduated from Western Washington University with a BS in Plastics Engineering Technology in 2009. He also has a certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington as well as being an ASQ Certified Quality Inspector and Quality Improvement Associate.

Jerry Reed - CFO

Jerry is a highly experienced financial and accounting expert whose ability to leverage technology to improve financial insights out of data provides a leading edge to all Lakeside Companies. By using best-in-class Fintech and his many years of experience leading financial reporting at large companies, including Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI), Jerry and his team can analyze and make actionable insights that would otherwise be difficult to discern. Jerry leads an internal team that oversees and improves financial processes for the portfolio, including finance & accounting, treasury (including debt refinancing), and risk management processes. Jerry coordinates with external auditors and tax consultants across the Lakeside portfolio, continuously improving financial decision-making through technology implementation, budgeting, and planning processes. He is also actively involved in the Spokane community. Currently, He serves on the Dean's Business Forum Board for Gonzaga University's School of Business Administration.

John J. Hemmingson - CEO, Founder

Josh Hemmingson

Josh Hemmingson is a senior financial analyst on the Lakeside Companies management team. His primary focus is implementing strategic financial systems and the day-to-day accounting operations of the companies within Lakeside's real estate portfolio. Josh has assisted with system rollouts, as well as the implementation of critical processes and procedures that help drive growth and scalability. Josh has a BBA in Accounting from Gonzaga University and earned his CPA in 2017.

Leif Drathman

Leif is the accounting manager at Lakeside and is responsible for overseeing the firm's daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable, inter-company transactions, and monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial & compliance reporting. Prior to joining Lakeside, Leif spent three years as a certified public accountant at KPMG in their Seattle audit practice where he provided services to clients in a number of industries including: forestry products, healthcare, medical research, commercial and residential real estate, and wealth management services. Leif graduated from Gonzaga University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and concentration in management information systems.

Lisa Briner - CFO

Lisa Briner is the Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Architerra Homes. She brings 20 years of accounting, financial reporting and analysis to her role. She oversees all aspects of Architerra's operations and is responsible for implementing systems and technologies to improve financial and operational performance and insights. Prior to joining Architerra Homes, Lisa was the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting for Red Lion Hotels Corporation and Senior Financial Analyst for Itron, Inc where she built her expertise. During her tenure with both companies, Lisa was involved in many acquisition integrations and system implementations, in addition to overseeing corporate accounting. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of California, Fresno and is a CPA.

Maria Lusardi - CMO

Maria oversees marketing directives for Lakeside Companies and all portfolio companies. She leads strategic planning, demand generation, digital marketing and branding projects across the portfolio. Maria brings over a decade of experience in marketing. Prior to joining Lakeside directly she worked on several projects with Lakeside and their assets through her own marketing consulting firm, Industrial Marketers. She also worked in various marketing and business development roles at EPIC Systems, an engineering B2B firm in St. Louis, MO. She holds a both a bachelors degree and an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri.

Mattea Nieves

Mattea is marketing content specialist at Lakeside, primarily supporting Architerra, Lakeside's residential home builder. In this role, she manages social media platforms, coordinates and creates email marketing campaigns, and creates, edits, and curates a wide variety of other content ranging from printed sales and marketing materials to digital ads, videos, blogs, webpages and more.

Melissa Wells

Melissa is an expert in land acquisition, development, master community planning, and residential community development. She has led some of the largest land-acquisition & development projects in the Inland Northwest. Melissa also regularly spearheads multi-million-dollar custom home projects, including several at the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana. In addition, she has led the start-up of several of Lakeside's most successful companies, including Kootenai County Land Company and Architerra. She is a talented visionary who focuses on creating thoughtful, beautiful communities that bring long-term value to the region where they are built.

Nick Roach

Nick is a marketing manager at Lakeside Companies and works closely with various business leaders across Lakeside's portfolio to improve marketing strategy and support sales teams and revenue goals. Before joining Lakeside, Nick worked at Filson in Seattle, Washington, managing email marketing and merchandising on the eCommerce team. After his time at Filson, Nick moved to Dallas, Texas, and worked for Lucchese Bootmaker, aiding in eCommerce, marketing, and branding for one of America's oldest cowboy boot manufacturers.

Pat Jones

Pat Leads ATC's manufacturing operations and lean manufacturing activities on a daily basis. He is responsible for optimizing the production of thermoplastic composite parts to ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D and NADCAP standards. For 30 + years, Pat has performed in multiple capacities from IE analyst, construction scheduling, shop floor management, lean manufacturing senior leadership, operations leadership. He most recently held a General Manager role for 9 years with P&L responsibility for an Aerospace composite product manufacturing business (TCS). He earned a BA from Western Washington University and later completed a master's degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University.

Rebecca Rodriguez

Rebecca oversees Architerra's rental property management company, Echelon Property Management. She is responsible for leading daily operations and strategically managing the rental property portfolio, including Echelon Village. Rebecca brings over 10 years of experience in communication and marketing to her role. She has held various marketing, development, and leadership roles in non-profit organizations. Prior to Architerra, Rebecca managed the community development program for a local domestic violence shelter in Augusta, GA. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with an emphasis in marketing from Biola University.

Reilly Roach - CFO

Reilly is at the forefront of the agricultural arm of Lakeside as Chief Financial Officer of Century Farms and General Manager of Rainier Seeds. He leads operations and financial strategy as-well-as working closely with each company on continuous improvement of accounting, marketing, operations, and technology. By implementing & refining processes, Reilly has been able to bring visibility to management for better decision making and improved profitability. Reilly is a Certified Public Account (C.P.A.) and graduated with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Gonzaga University.

Robert Severino

Robert leads the IT team for Lakeside Companies that supports the entire portfolio. His team is responsible for providing technical support to all entities from help desk/problem resolution through system design, implementation, and maintenance. For nearly 30 years Robert has developed his IT skills, working for both large and small organizations. His expertise includes designing, implementing and supporting networks, directories and ERP systems; designing and supporting SAN/NAS systems; designing and implementing Data Backup, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solution;, help desk implementation and management; and more. He holds a range of professional certificates including: MCSE, (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), MCSA, (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate), MCITP:SA, (Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Server Administrator), MCITP:EA, (Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator), and multiple MCP's, (Microsoft Certified Professional)/MCTS's, (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist), certifications. Ross Jordan

Ross is a fourth-generation farmer who has managed our growing farm portfolio since its inception. He has tripled cost saving measures within our operations, while balancing a commitment to farming practices that promote long-term sustainability of the land. Ross has enabled Lakeside to grow from 3,200 acres in 2011 to approximately 18,000 acres today. He graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Business Administration / Management Information Systems in 2002 and has a certificate in Geographic Information Systems.

Ryan Beamer

Ryan leads Architerra's home building efforts overseeing the purchasing, building & architectural departments. He has over 25 years of leadership and management experience in construction. He started as a construction crew member and built his knowledge through on-the-job training and many years experience in various roles. Working as a subcontractor for many years, he learned the intricacies of framing, drywalling, roofing and more. Ryan spent time with Copper Basin building homes as an Assistant Superintendent before becoming a Superintendent for Greenstone prior to joining Architerra.
